There's a Cos right by the new JL in Leeds @ilovecherries. It's a lovely one too on two floors. I'm hoping to pop over when hush open their pop up shop later this month.

Can someone tell me how to change the name of a link?
Can't work it out at all.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2018 09:37

Its double square brackets then add your link. Leave a space and add your text and then no spaces double square brackets. (Not curved ones)
Like this here it is

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2018 09:38

Maybe it works with curved brackets. Ive never tried. Preview first before posting.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2018 09:40

[ THIS TYPE OF BRACKET]

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2018 09:43

Maison cashmere

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2018 09:45

Ir dosent work with curved brackets. So Double square bracket[[ then link one space then your text, close double bracket.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2018 09:46

Hope that makes sense!!!

Ellapaella · 14/10/2018 10:00

SoyYo · 14/10/2018 11:30

Buenos Días Hush girls, I left you circa page 6/7 and I’ve just spent a pleasant time having a lazy morning catching up with the thread.
ella loved the Cos clothes on you
cherries the Hush tops are fabulous on you (tempted by the wrap insect top now) and I preferred the 10 size skinnies on you (but you know me and my rock chick delusions...)
laska Abraxas music with dinner, very romantic! Loved the shoes and TB wrap you bought
miss great to see you rocking a leather biker jacket
never the Hush cashmere is a beautiful shade, I was wearing the hibiscus T yesterday with grey harems and it’s the same colour, really flattering. Also loved the fit of the faces T on you
melen great leopard cami!

Welcome to new posters delurking and hi to those I forgot to mention including miffy porpoise each finger and dave looking amazing in your leopard skirt

So Madrid Exhibition was one hard slog and has taken me two full days to recover from (got home 10pm Thursday) but survived I did.
I stupidly thought my flat pointy suede orange shoes would be fine for walking about (miles and miles every day) but they weren’t Sad...I’ll cut a long story short but I hadn’t counted on my broken ankle right foot not been completely healed and swelling so badly that I ended up in a lot of pain and with bad blisters in toes. Ouch!
On the last day I literally hobbled to Corte Inglés (big shop like JL in Spain) bought some Sketchers and walked out with them on. Bliss! I could face the last day. When the lovely shop assistant asked me if I wanted the shoes bagged or put in the box the Sketchers came in I said “no gracias...bin the bloody things!” I was so utterly fed up of being in pain and putting a brave face on that I knew every time I wore them again with non swollen feet I would be reminded of the torture of the Exhibition Angry

SoyYo · 14/10/2018 11:46

On a more positive note wore lots of Hush: day 1 Hush Black 7/8 trousers from last AW with Boden silk shirt and Fitzgerald jacket, repeated in Day 2 with different silk shirt. Evening dinner day 1 was Zara black skinnies with Mint Velvet grey top which is beautiful but last season (love it).
Evening dinner day 2 saw Marina snake print with thin black jumper first outing accessorised with bright red lipstick and got lots of compliments which cheered me up as I walked 1 mile to restaurant in torture shoes...
Last day saw Bryce pinstripe culottes with Fitzgerald jacket outing and Baukjen navy T shirt, accessorised with black heavily Sketchers trainers.
I felt smart the whole time and if it hadn’t been for the painful blistered foot I would have felt great.

I have Paris trip this coming week and it’ll be Sketchers for travel all the way (can change when I get to office) as I’ve truly learnt my lesson this time.

Ellapaella · 14/10/2018 11:51

Ooh sounds painful but glamorous @SoyYo!
My patent brogues dug in the back of my heel too but managed to get some of those blister plasters at the station chemist which worked wonderfully so all was good.

SoyYo · 14/10/2018 12:01

Yes ella i loved those orange suede shoes but grew to hate them over the first 2 days...🤣 at my age and with barely recovered foot I should know better tbh (it’s not as if it was my first Exhibition either) but I am such a fashion victim at times I thought I’d be fine...I have truly learnt my lesson now.
Sketchers! Where have you been all my life! They’re truly fugly but so comfortable ❤️

Ellapaella · 14/10/2018 12:02

What's everyone doing/wearing today?
I had a hectic week, away with work and out every night while there, came back Wednesday and back at work Friday. Out Friday night and then yesterday afternoon at a baby shower so I've eaten way too much crap this week and drunk far too much wine.
Detox and chill day today. Currently slobbing around in harems and Stella star tee.
Taking dc out to the park soon once I've started a nice beef casserole to slow cook for tea.

Ellapaella · 14/10/2018 12:04

Never tried Skechers SoYo. My comfy shoes are my Nike Pegasus trainers.
Lots of people I work with (nurses) wear skechers to work and swear by the for comfort.

SoyYo · 14/10/2018 12:11

Hi ella yes they’re blissful and the ones I bought have a built in gel sole, I attach a pic they’re really not the kind of trainers I would give a second look to as they’re so ugly but tbh desperate times called for desperate measures Wink
Enjoy your day I’m still in my dressing gown being incredibly lazy but today I’ll wear M&S leopard leggings with slouchy black top as I’m not going anywhere other than grocery shopping. It’s a very gray rainy day in East Anglia and I was so enjoying the summer temperatures of the last few days.
Have a chilled Sunday Smile

SoyYo · 14/10/2018 12:12

Oops forgot pic of fugly Sketchers which saved my feet on Thursday

SoyYo · 14/10/2018 12:16

I also had an emergency pedicure yesterday and feet are recovered except for one stubborn blister on my little toe, otherwise now back to normal non swollen size, smooth and with pretty trim toenails painted in tarty red gel polish, it cheers me up and makes me feel better about the painful hobbling I did last week 🤣

Laska5772 · 14/10/2018 12:27

I'm wearing Hush grey star long sleeve T ( rose gold foil outline star ) not sure what it was called (ebay bargain) . burgundy vest under .
charcoal Gap classic straight jeans ( as highlighted above) .. these are the BEST jeans ever for my shape anyway .

will be going out later to take DH to ferry and I may have a mooch around the shops in Cowes after .. I was thinking of going over to Southampton to try and change my seasalt cardi but
its pissing t down her and has been all night . Unlike yesterday when i was so hot i boiled out on a walk wearing just jeans and T then we sat in the garden with G&T after until about 5pm . Today we have the heating on ! Confused

So I've just reordered the cardi in a 10 , .at least i know they have it in stock, rather than going over and finding they dont.. ive given up on the idea of the Hush Sintra , so will send that back tomorrow

Pretty shocking report in the paper today about people buying stuff from the new HOF relaunched website then returning them and being told that thier returns are in the warehouse with all the previous stuff from the old HOF and they are not getting money back (or will have to wait indefinite time ) . . SD have certainly wrecked it by the look of it .. ill be boycotting (at least for some time yet) .they are not even allowing good bought on line to be refunded in any of their shops either.. .Im also sad that the lovely shop in Chichester which has been an institution in the town looks like it is one of those definitely going .. SD seem to want the building owners to rent to them free or they will pullout .. some nasty people running that company ..
