ella here is the M&S cardi Its a bit basic.. But cosy and the colour is lovely ( plum matted dog!! I'm really selling it hey? ) sizing down is a must

Thanks for the lovely feedback. It's nice to show someone my new buys as I am hiding it all from DP. The Emmanuel has joined my wardrobe and the Yasmin is boxed and ready to return (allowing myself a short term before the next delivery arrives)

Huff - both dresses look great, especially with the biker, but I particularly like the shorter one (not sure which name belongs to which dress!).

For anybody wanting a black biker jacket, I rate Oasis for reasonably priced leather, and they often come down substantially in sales.

Huff the long dress is great with the jacket.

@Huffthepuff I think you look great in both dresses. The Emmanuelle is probably more practical though. Just posted my Yasmin back - need the refund to order my next lot of Hush.

Agreed @redtulip12 Emmanuel is definitely more practical although I'd have made use of the Yasmin too. Shame Hush have been a bit greedy with the pricing. If they'd both been £50-70 I'd have kept them both

@redtulip12, yes the tee is pretty much true to size.

I ordered the XS, which fits but I am sporting a bit of a pot belly that I haven't been able to shift since my holiday, so it clings there a bit more than usual I would say.

I could have got away with the S I think.

@missfliss I love those boots. Do they have a name? I have an Emmanuel dress from the hush sample sale last year (navy with white stars) and those boots would be fab. I wear the Emmanuel with pistol style boots and white superga but think those boots would up my game.

I ordered another pair of boots from M&S (as well as the burgundy DM-alikes) - a regular pair of low-heeled black suede boots to wear with all my ankle-length jeans and also dresses/tights combos for work. M&S Ireland have 20% off footwear this week so that is why I nabbed them.
