Which dress do you prefer?

I need to pick a dress for my brothers wedding.
I’m not sure which I prefer.

Which one do you think I look better in?

The second one, much more flattering on you. Also less generic and more weddings.

First one

I think they both look good on you, but the first more party style. The second is more wedding appropriate IMO.

I'm too invested in this - really disappointed that you are going for the first one!

Ah Remus I’m sorry 😋 I have tried so many dresses. I think I’ve just put too much pressure on myself for the perfect dress. I love the second one as it reminds me of a self portrait dress, but I think the first fits better, although I do wish it was slightly lower at the top due to my big boobs!
I could easily go shopping again but I prefer to buy online and I’m rapidly running out of time.
I’m only 5ft tall so it’s hard to find something length wise that doesn’t need altering (as I’ve no time for that now)...

I need to find accessories now 😫

Great choice Karcheer and yes it'll look so much better with the nude sandals, a little nude clutch to match and you'll look really lovely.

The problem with #1 is the high neck and cutaway from the arms. I wish I could put a straight/pencil skirt on #2 then it would be perfect for you.

Sorry, but I think navy with nude shoes is really boring and predictable.

I'd love to see you in something like this dress maybe in the 6 for a really close fit?

I can't believe some of the comments on here! OP wasn't asking for anything other than a vote between dress 1 and dress 2, not a critique of her personal tastes or fashion choices!

Ive just tried on another of the dresses that i'd sort of discounted. Is this any better? I've thinking you'll all think it's too flared and adds pounds to me again. But thought I'd give it a go. I like the V neck... anyway... what do you think?

I like it better than dress 2 shape wise. Might be more comfy to wear than dress 1 too

Red is the best of the three. Fits you really nicely and is a lovely shape.

Just shows what a difference lighting makes. The reason I never try on in shops! The red is very flattering on the top half and more substantial than the scrappy blue one. Keep red shoes, you will look wow!

I like navy and nude - think it’s classy! I love the first dress on you. The New Look nude sandals would look lovely IMHO. Dress 1 looks fab, whichever shoes you choose x

But red with red is a big no. And as you're a size 8, I still think you could wear something more flattering. Have you tried Ted Baker?

Love the red dress! It's a beautiful shape and colour on you. The nicest of the three by far imo.
