No Marthas I have never had to return any box or calendar. I am returning some of the stuff I bought (got two calendars!) and they just refund you as normal, don't worry.

MarthasGinYard · 05/06/2018 22:41

Great

Thanks happy

MinesaPinot · 06/06/2018 09:56

I've just had an undies stock up so ordered mine as well and will pick up in my local store on Saturday. It looks really good value this time (I've been a bit underwhelmed with the last couple) and there are several things that I've wanted to try, particularly the Elasticizer, the REN shower gel and the Sleep Cream. I've got a couple of short breaks coming up so these sizes will be perfect to take with me.

MarthasGinYard · 06/06/2018 17:25

Just had a look through lovely bits and bobs

Fragrance quite nice to pop in handbag too

val4 · 06/06/2018 19:03

Am really pleased with the contents. Also got the Advent calendar and was so disappointed so this is nice surprise. After spending day in the sun I have just used the elasticiser, shower gel and after sun....feels really luxurious and a real treat. Nail varnish is perfect for toes and my daughter has taken 2 lip balms. Am planning to order another box to bring on hols. A v happy customer😁.

weebarra · 07/06/2018 17:17

Mine arrived today, very happy with it. Passed a couple of bits to my mum, but no pillow spray, so I'd better get in touch with them.

CointreauVersial · 07/06/2018 17:29

I'm pleased with my box, even though I wasn't sure initially if I'd use everything. The lip colour and nail varnish are great, and I even like the perfume. I am already a huge fan of Elasticizer and the Sleep Cream.

The only thing I'm puzzled by is the Color WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Hair Spray. I can't work out what it actually does - is it just....err......hairspray?! Hairspray is not something I use, and my hair isn't hugely affected by humidity, so I think I'll be offloading that on DM.

DD1 has already nabbed the lip balm.

CointreauVersial · 07/06/2018 17:30

Weebarra - the pillow spray was tiny, and wrapped in yellow tissue.

LoonvanBoon · 07/06/2018 17:34

With the PK elasticizer, do you have to wet your hair properly to put it on? And then go back in the shower later to rinse it off? It sounds like such a faff. I really wanted to try this product and knew it was a pre-wash, but assumed you put it on dry hair and then rinsed off.

jridndn · 07/06/2018 18:27

@CointreauVersial the wow spray is used before hair drying, the heat then activated the spray to prevent humidity. It made me hair nice and soft with no frizz

CointreauVersial · 07/06/2018 23:42

Thanks jridndn. Not convinced!

@LoonvanBoon - I dampen my hair very lightly before applying Elasticiser - I basically stick my head under the sink tap and pat a little water onto it, or comb it through. You don't want your hair too wet before you apply, or it drips everywhere while you are waiting for it to work its magic.

Flaminglingos · 08/06/2018 03:23

Great, I've got school uniform to buy for dc and as one is going to a new school it's going to cost me ££ so I may as well treat myself! Grin

MinesaPinot · 08/06/2018 09:43

As I said previously, I'm picking up mine with my order tomorrow.

However, DH has also said that he wants to have a look and possibly buy a new suit, so has agreed that if he does he will get me another box.

I love DH....

LoonvanBoon · 08/06/2018 10:03

Thanks Cointreau, that sounds a lot more practical.

TantricTwist · 08/06/2018 10:59

The deep sleep pillow spray works brilliantly, I had my doubts, but I've had a really good couple of nights sleep using it. Despite the fact everytime I spray it it seems to miss the pillow and go off at an angle Hmm. The lip balm actually even tastes nice.

I like everything in the box except I wont be using the WOW spray because I have poker straight hair, I will however give it to someone who needs it. I bought 2 boxes, my DM bought one and they've sold out online although I'm sure they'll have a few left in the shops.

Butterfly1975 · 08/06/2018 11:00

I wasn't going to bother buying this time around but I have no willpower Blush and somehow the box made it into my bag when I bought dd's uniform yesterday Grin

What was good when I checked receipts is the extra 10% off I got with my Sparks card so not bad for £13.50!

So far loving the lip gloss - perfect colour for me and dd liked the lip balm.

Can't be bothered with the hair products but love the Ren body wash.

Perfume is perfectly nice but zero longevity.

I don't wear nail varnish but will make a good present for someone so pretty happy all in all!

Itsveryhard · 09/06/2018 08:01

CointreauVersial I'm really looking forward to the humidity spray as I look like Monica from friends (I think when they were in Bermuda Grin). If you don't have frizzy hair I can see why you don't get it!

tumpymummy · 09/06/2018 09:16

Aaah, think this has finished now. Missed out Sad Never mind I didn't really need any more toiletries anyway!

WindyWednesday · 09/06/2018 16:45

Can anyone please tell me what the orange tube. Gel moisturiser is for? Face or body. I put it on my face, then thought it didn’t feel right. Also no SPF. So is it body lotion? Sorry I’m clueless.

BeyondThePage · 09/06/2018 16:54

Well, I have got night cream and the neck firming cream left - 2 DDs have picked over the rest!

Biggest fight was over the grapefruit lip balm followed by the lip colour.

MinesaPinot · 09/06/2018 18:07

I got mine with my order today - there were none in store and several ladies very disappointed (including me as I was hoping to get another one).

I am very pleased with it. Loads of good things and really good sizes for holidays.

Butterfly1975 · 09/06/2018 19:40

Windy the Origins one? It's for face.

I tried it last night - quite liked the texture but not great for my sensitive skin so will try it on DS to see if it helps with the spots!!

WindyWednesday · 09/06/2018 20:56

Thank you Butterfly that’s the one. It was a funny texture. Also no SPF. I guessed if it was for body it would have been a bigger size.

NotPennysBoat · 10/06/2018 10:24

Really pleased with most of mine! Love the face creams and the fragrance especially.

The lip colour though really doesn't suit me, if anyone wants it I would be happy to post to you - inbox me!

CointreauVersial · 11/06/2018 16:47

The fragrance is surprisingly nice, but quite subtle, and doesn't last long.
