I'm not sure I really understand the point of either of the hair things.

MelanieCheeks · 02/06/2018 08:26

I love the hair products! I have a short pixie so I'm always looking for product to work through to give a bit of body and shine.

I'm also surprised by the lipstick- I don't go for Matt ones but this isn't too drying and the shade suits me. Will be painting my toe nails later.

The ginger moisturiser and kelp shower gel smell fantastic, and the cute lip balm is very pretty.

fluffy0 · 02/06/2018 10:30

I'm looking forward to trying the hair stuff. My hair doesn't cope well in humidity so I hope this will save it!

cloudtree · 02/06/2018 11:43

The elasticizer is a good product. Its like Olaplex so it strengthens your hair. Very good for anyone with bleached hair in particular.

Bottomofsmughill · 02/06/2018 13:40

Got mine today. As well as all the things on the back of the box, there are 3 more products: 8 hour sleep cream 15ml (like in the advent calendar), Origins ginzing gel moisturiser 30ml and Autograph Sheer Radiance EDP 30ml. Very pleased with it though not sure what to do with the hair products.

onlyconnect · 02/06/2018 14:14

Sporkintgetoaster do you cover your hair with something when you leave the elasticiser over night?

Clionba · 02/06/2018 14:21

I got mine yesterday and love the items! The nail polish is a gorgeous strong pink and the Ren shower gel is really lovely. The other hair product is a Percy and Reed fragrance and shine. It's great just to spritz on as you're going out, or if you've been cooking and think the smells may have lingered. Really good items.

Hoppinggreen · 02/06/2018 14:24

Mine should be waiting for me when I get back from Holiday
I also bought a silk shirt dress from Autograph which I am hoping will look funky with trainers and sexy with heels

Branleuse · 02/06/2018 14:25

ooh never heard of this

SporkInTheToaster · 02/06/2018 14:27

I cover my hair with an old silk scarf type thing from Joules (the big square ones). I comb it through the mid and ends and loosely plait my hair then cover with the scarf. It protects my pillow and stops me getting the stuff all over my face over night (and waking up with a face full of zits as a result).

SporkInTheToaster · 02/06/2018 14:29

Ooh, link to the shirt dress please, hopping ?

peace654 · 02/06/2018 14:35

Anyone remember the outrage over the sponge/lip balm in the advent calendar? I wonder if they put the Ultrasun lip ba in here to make up for it Grin

Hoppinggreen · 02/06/2018 16:24

spork sorry rubbish at links but it’s the only Autograph shirt dress I think, it’s black with white splodges on.
Only larger sizes left though

Petalflowers · 02/06/2018 16:28

Wow, praise on mn for m and s!

AintNobodyHereButUsKittens · 02/06/2018 16:51

Autograph shirt dress.

In order to see whether it’s available in London in a smaller size I tried their new “Find in a UK Store” feature which is super useful - I found it invaluable last week getting a coat for my DFIL which turned out to be in stock in Marble Arch but nowhere else. Saved me hours of traipsing around. Unfortunately I can’t find the dress in a size 10 anywhere in london.

SporkInTheToaster · 02/06/2018 17:52

Oh that’s nice, hopping. Thanks for the link AintNobody

shins · 02/06/2018 19:10

I needed to stock up on M&S bras anyway so picked up the beauty box-I'm rather unimpressed! Really got the feeling they were flogging off the old crap they can't get rid of. Two lip balms are a bit excessive and the perfume is cheap and nasty. Ah well it was only 15 quid and my daughter will like the bits and pieces I don't....

BestIsWest · 02/06/2018 19:13

Love that dress. Am a bit gutted, spent £150 in there last week buying holiday stuff. Can’t really justify buying anything else.

needyourlovingtouch · 02/06/2018 19:35

Need this!

TheScottishPlay · 02/06/2018 20:07

I picked mine up today. For £15 I think it's great. Lots of bits and bobs to try that I wouldn't normally buy and DM will enjoy the perfume.

mayhew · 02/06/2018 20:09

Swizz! Just spent £99 but don't qualify apparently because no individual item was over £40. Cardigan was £39.50!

weebarra · 02/06/2018 20:14

I don't understand that - I bought sun cream, a pinafore, school shorts and something else which reached 40 and got it.

namechangefidodk · 02/06/2018 20:38

@mayhew you have to add the box to the basket

venetian25 · 02/06/2018 20:51

@mayhew did they tell you that as I'm sure that's not right! I got mine yesterday and had three items which totalled just over £40 altogether?

mayhew · 02/06/2018 20:53

The basket told me it would cost £135!
