Cherries I liked all those outfits. I have some white jeans but I’m a little heavier than I’d like to be to pull them off. You do not have that problem 😊.

Someone asked if I was wearing the hush sandals and yes they are. I missed out last year so I actually bought these back in February I think. Forward planning. I buy new ugg boots at the height of summer !

Thanks everyone, you are all very kind. Please do tell me though at any time if anything is a disaster. I do detest all the casual ageism there is, with older being used as a synonym for not worthy, ugly, undeserving, tasteless etc etc, but at the same time I do NOT want to be a laughing stock.

wow laska i love the outfit with the trousers! gorgeous! But you are right the cream Marissa doesn't look half as good on you as the green!
seafour the dress looks great expecially with the necklace and shoes. just completely spot on! I find it so hard to accessorise my outfits but i know the right ones really set it off.
cherries the shorts and white jeans look great! I'm off to order myself a pair of those shorts too now in the 4inch. Not so keen on the black or blue jeans just because I'm not so keen on how loose they are at the bottom. I think they could look a bit, frumpy, especially if they loosen up with wear like jeans tend to do. Though to be fair, I'm not what I call a stylish person at all so please feel free to ignore my thoughts especially if you love them.

cherries I have never owned white jeans either.. But they wouldn't stay white long on me anyway I am a total mucky pup! They look utterly fabbo on you

ou know I dont think I have noticed the tattoo heart T before.. I like it!. however it is something else that I would be too pale for..nice on a darker complexion than me though reckon

Laska I had the tattoo heart tee but returned it. It was a lovely fit but the colour was way paler than it looks and it was a marble type effect - it was just too much a washed out colour for me and did nothing for my complexion at all.

Id reorder ella.. I dont reckon they will somehow.. (not as nice as Boden)

I tried the 8 (I’m not an 8 Ella, in some hush I’m a ten and some stuff is too small in a ten, but I’m an xs in some stuff...... random!)
The 8 was too big around the waist, it slipped down at the back. So I’ve re ordered in an 8 again, in case I hit on a big pair and a size 6 which will probably be too tight on the thigh, but we shall see!

Can I just say ilovecherries , you need to wear tighter fitting clothes more! You look absolutely amazing in those white jeans and leopard tee. It makes you look at least one, if not two sizes smaller.

I also ordered the twist back dress via JL yesterday, which I’ll collect later, has anyone tried it? Is it #sackofspuds or #effortlesschic?

It’s a gorgeous top, I’ve liked it for ages but I’m too lazy to handwash so I’m resisiting. If it goes in the sale with a decent discount, I’ll order it, it is lovely.

I rang customer services and asked about the trousers - she said she'd discuss it with her manager and call me back. No call 20 Mins later so have Just reordered and will return the first pair.

Whose Hushing it today? I'm in my stellar star tee - doesn't get worn very much as is such a light material it needs to be very warm. Looks nice with a denim jacket when wearing black bottoms but haven't found anything to wear over with it with blue jeans yet.
