I’d say it’s better if the gifts are received late than a replacement but still slightly disappointed.

I’ve also recieved the last two orders minus the freebies. Is it worth dropping them a line or just being patient?

I missed the Yodel driver with my final 2 orders so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow but I suspect they’ll be without the 100ml cologne...

I just collected mine and the order was complete, including the EO&R cologne. So they are still sending some out - I ordered on the Tuesday evening, so don’t know if the ones that are delayed were ordered later.

I really don’t like the little bits of paper in the packaging though.

Received 2 orders today minus the EOR. Rang the helpline and that's what's being delayed up to 3 weeks. Lady was very apologetic and sincere, good service! Hate the excess paper in there too but love the smell, anyone know what they spray it with?

Good to know that it should be following, thanks for sharing. I’ll hold off phoning customer services if/when mine doesn’t turn up. The smell is lime basil and mandarin I believe. It’s one of their classic scents.

Does anyone know what the return policy is when part of the order (the freebie) is delayed? I’m not sure whether I want to keep something I’ve ordered but want to wait and see if I like the freebie before deciding!

Yes it is the 100ml EOR. I had thought about ebaying but bit worried everyone will be doing it so either it won’t sell or will have to sell for less!

Must admit I might keep a couple of mine until nearer Christmas to EBay

First order arrived minus the EO&R cologne freebie.

I go on holiday in 3 weeks so hope they turn up before then or yodel might return them

So my free English oak and Redcurrant candle hasn't arrived and when I rang the lady was very helpful.

Basically anything of that scent is delayed, they are aiming to get most of the candles out by the end of the week and the cologne by three weeks. The warehouse was surprised by the sheer volume of orders but she did say that they will be stockpiling now for the next game...

Now to wait for my last Thursday order of a mini candle, room spray and of course the illusive English oak and Redcurrant cologne 😂 have to say though the wood sage and sea salt candle is completely Devine and now I don't want to give it away

I placed three orders and all three were dispatched, with no delay notifications.

First arrived yesterday with my free EO&R body creme. It’s a nice product but the scent is very strong. Probably too strong for my liking so will regift, or maybe tone done by mixing with an unscented base.

The EO&R really grows on you. Thought it would be a bit manly for me but its nice and long lasting.

Ditto re the curly shredded paper. Just why??

I’m not sure on the EO&R. Put a bit on this morning and it’s very masculine on me. Also agree with the shredding paper aaaaaaahh!!!

My final two orders were delivered today, minus the 100ml EO&R.

I ordered a Blackberry & Bay candle as my paid for item but I think I’m going to try to exchange it for a small Pom Noir cologne. I love the candle but I’m not sure I can bring myself to literally burn £45!

It’s funny how different the colognes smell on different people. EO&R is not at all masculine on me but Earl Grey & Cucumber smells horrible on my skin!

I’ve smelt the eo&r on others and I love it, just hope it settles well on me too. I didn’t get on with earl grey and cucumber either despite liking the scent, just not on me.

Totally agree re EG & cucumber. Was so disappointed it smelled crap on me!

In other news, I tried the Jo Loves scents the other day and loved Pomelo....

I've had 4 of my 8 deliveries now. No EOR big cologne but everything else nicely wrapped & bag included so that's nice.

Weirdly, there are no matches with the free candles. Off to carefully peel off & sniff some stuff. Also going nearish a JM on Fri so will check smells there. It's so nice to look at the stuff. I wish it was all for me!

and another thing, did they use different patterned ribbon for all the free stuff or is that just coincidence?!

Bit ticked off that one of my (paid for) items was delivered like this. It was a gift for someone as well, so I've had to swap out a boxed (different fragrance) one from another order, which I hadn't yet decided whether to gift or not.
