Can you tell me your favourite blusher ?

I am looking for something reasonably minimal that gives me that ' I've been for a bracing walk' look and that is fool proof to apply ( can't be doing with makeup brushes).
I have warm toned medium-fair skin.
Am happy to pay more if it works ;)

I love my Becca Beach Tint in Lychee. I’ve also got Nars Orgasm, but it’s the Becca one that I usually turn to.

ToothTrauma · 29/03/2018 16:58

Glossier cloud paint. I also really like the one in the Becca Apres Ski Glow Palette buuuut I don’t know if you can buy it separately.

By terry platonic blonde from space nk

Greenteandchives · 29/03/2018 17:12

I know it gets slammed on here but I love Benetint. A couple of dabs on each cheek, a drop on the chin, blended well, and I am set for the day. Nothing else needed.

holycityzoo · 29/03/2018 17:20

Nars orgasm.
It's a powder so you need a brush but I just swoosh it on.

WyrdSisterWeatherwax · 29/03/2018 17:20

I love Hervana by Benefit, beautiful pink colour and it applies really well and one called Sandalwood by Vincent Longo which is more peach.

Licencedtodrill · 29/03/2018 17:26

Maybelline dream mousse (I think that's the right name. ) It comes in a little pot- you apply it with your fingers. I read that a cream style blusher is more flattering on older skin, so I no longer use powder blush.

Aria2015 · 29/03/2018 17:29

I second Nars orgasm but you can get it in liquid form now and it's even better than the powder. It seems to suit everyone.

mintich · 29/03/2018 17:29

Benetint

holycityzoo · 29/03/2018 17:50

Ooh aria I will look at that I'm just coming to the end of one.

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 29/03/2018 17:52

The Maybelline Cream one’s are lovely

ProperLavs · 29/03/2018 18:15

Thank you so much.
I have heard a lot about the Cars, but heard the powder was glittery? I will look into the liquid version.
I think a SA in Space NK put some of the By Terry on me I recognise the name platonic blond. It was ok. I having having trouble getting over the fact that he slapped loads of foundation on my face before applying the blusher. Kinda put me off.
I have heard of the Becca ones too.
I'm sure I have some Benetint knocking around somewhere, well I did have ( I have teen girls).

Body Shop, it's very subtle but builds up well (if you want a more dramatic look) and looks so much better on than in the pot (iyswim) so make sure you give it a try in the shop...the assistants are so desperate for a sale these days they'll let you try whatever you wish.

uncoolnn · 29/03/2018 18:41

I love benefit coralista, a really lovely coral colour with a gold shimmer

Idontbelieveinthemoon · 29/03/2018 19:11

Nars orgasm has a subtle sort of glitter rather than 5-year-old-mermaid type of glitter.

I love the Hourglass blushers, they're just so 'lightly flushed' rather than 'blusher stripes' on my pale skin.

Soap and Glory blusher in Rosy Chic

Nars orgasm

Fflursan · 29/03/2018 19:33

Im currently using Millie Mackingtosh i bought in the Boots sale.

ProperLavs · 29/03/2018 19:35

I am madly researching all of these! The Orgasm is it pink or peachy? it's hard to tell. I don't do pinks very well as my skin tone is more sallow.

I use a Bobbi Brown bronzer called Telluride. It’s a mauve pink and on me, is kind of the colour I go if I blush or tan (which I don’t now due to allergies). It’s discontinued I think but I have a few in reserve 😊

MyBumpIsOnlyPudding · 29/03/2018 19:41

Love love love the Bobbi brown pot rouge! I have it in pink but there's a bunch of colours, and as it's a cream you can just blend it on with your fingers Grin I love it, I use it every day

MrsMeow · 29/03/2018 19:42

Either Nars Orgasm or Bourjois Jasper Rose - both make me look 'farmers wife' healthy Grin
