Can you tell me your favourite blusher ?

I am looking for something reasonably minimal that gives me that ' I've been for a bracing walk' look and that is fool proof to apply ( can't be doing with makeup brushes).
I have warm toned medium-fair skin.
Am happy to pay more if it works ;)

I couldn't get on with blusher until I tried the Clinique chubby stick
Love it and have converted friends too

ggirl · 29/03/2018 19:48

Bourjois Rose d'or

Benetint - the peach one

SuzanneSays · 29/03/2018 19:50

Stilla cream blush comes in loads of shades, reasonably priced and gives a lovely fresh look when applied with finger tips. Also easy to pop in your bag and reapply during the day

pimlicolife · 29/03/2018 19:52

Benefit dandelion

andyandapril · 29/03/2018 19:53

Bobbi Brown Pot rouge for lips and cheeks. U can use it on both but it looks a slightly different but toning colour on each. Teamed with navy eyeliner (mac night trail) its a look that suits most.

andyandapril · 29/03/2018 19:54

Shade rose sorry forgot to mention.

ShyOyster · 29/03/2018 19:59

Nars orgasm. I had no idea it comes in a liquid form now!!! I need to try m!!!

MrsDoylesTeaBags · 29/03/2018 20:00

Clinique Aglow is is lovely, its a warm rosy coppery colour with a very subtle gold shimmer, it makes me look really awake even when I feel like death

Spartacunt · 29/03/2018 20:01

Nars Orgasm is peachy - the Super Orgasm (yes really) is glittery...

SuperBeagle · 29/03/2018 20:02

By Terry "Compact Expert Dual Powder" in the shade Rose Gleam.

Dancergirl · 29/03/2018 20:05

Nars orgasm. I’ve got the liquid one, a tiny bit goes a long way.

Moneyissue2 · 29/03/2018 20:06

It’s so hard to find the right one which looks amazing on your skin tone and complements your eye and hair colour. I’m medium skin tone, greenish eyes with brunette hair and the best one on me is urban decay in fetish. You do need a brush though.

MozzchopsThirty · 29/03/2018 20:09

Liz Earle cream blusher
I've used it for years, tried lots of others but I love this, goes on perfectly, stays put, lovely colour (I have nude and nectar but wear nude almost all the time)

It's £17 but is worth it and lasts for ages

BriocheBriocheBrioche · 29/03/2018 20:09

Nars Orgasm here too but I also love Mac Springsheen and Peachy Keen.

Moneyissue2 · 29/03/2018 20:09

Ta da!

Can you tell me your favourite blusher ?
SinglePringle · 29/03/2018 20:18

I hate Nars Orgasm - way too gold.

I’m dark haired, slightly olive skin (yellow undertones), freckles since birth, tan very easily, hazel eyes.

Bobbi Brown Coral or Pink Coral and Daniel Sandler Water Colour (can’t remember colour but peach / apricot tones without any glitter) are my go to colours.

Anything blue toned is aging on me (purples or pinks). Coral, apricot or peach brings my skin to life (except Nars Orgasm. That makes me look like a TOWIE reject...)

bettytaghetti · 29/03/2018 20:18

Think I'll have to try the Nars based on all these posts.

Have got this from Trish McEvoy which gives that hint of colour you were asking for & can also give a lovely hint of colour on lips too so handy on the go! m.trishmcevoy.com/p-58-liquid-face-color.aspx

ProperLavs · 29/03/2018 20:19

I want to try them all.
I'm definitely not anEnglish rose. Dark brown hair, sallow skin, greeny eyes.
Crumbs the hourglass is really ££££££££!
I wanted to try orgasm in space NK but they only had super orgasm.
I'm really appreciating all of your suggestions and promise thst I am investigating all of them.
Chubby stick- I had forgotten about that one.

singlepringle I can't do blue based either, I look like death in it. My red lipsticks all lean to the orange. I look like I should be cool toned, but I'm not.

ProperLavs · 29/03/2018 20:23

That's a good looking colour money

Bobbi Brown, Nude peach.
I’d definitely buy it again. I have fairly yellow-toned skin and it works well.

LidlAngel · 29/03/2018 20:25

Bourjois Lilas Dore, not too pink and one pot lasts for ages!

buttonmoonb4tea · 29/03/2018 20:27

Mac gingerly...is my go to blusher. Peachy toned but really makes you look glowy IYSWIM.

OlennasWimple · 29/03/2018 20:29

Bourjois Rose D'Or for when I am pale and Rose Ambre when I have a tan

Cute little pots of blusher that come with a curved brush and a mirror, and super easy to build up from "just had a brisk walk" to as flushed as you want to be. I use it both for contouring (when I have time to think about trying to pretend I have cheek bones) and for a quick application to show that I am not in fact death woken up

Cheap too!
