What's your 'everyday' lipstick shade?

I've just watched a YouTube video where the person who made it was scathing about bright pink lipstick, and said no one wears it. But I do! Bright blue based pink is my go to lipstick, it works so well with my colouring (dark brown hair, pale skin, hazel eyes) and brightens everything up. When a new range of lipsticks appears I make a beeline for the bright pink one, and it normally ends up coming home with me obsessed. So now I'm wondering what everyone else wears?

Usually MAC Velvet Teddy or Jeffrey Star Celebrity Skin.

I like a blue based pink too. Mainly in Summer but even my Winter berry shades have pink in them.

My everyday go to atm is Dior Lipglow lipstick in berry. Very natural berryish pink on me.

Forgot to say, I'm the same colouring as you Sapphire. I maybe don't go for bright bright pink but do own a couple and they look good.

Laura Mercier Baby Lips. Makes my blue eyes pop, and is just a lovely mlbb every day shade.

Mines chapstick rose petal. Which is pinkish. If it’s a work day I line with the balm the 1you need. Which gives a great depth to the pink.

Mac syrup or mehr and Rimmel vintage pink. I love the cooler colours that make my teeth look whiter and eyes brighter.

I’m same colouring as you Op and often do brights. The best neutral tan for me is Bobbi brown art stick in rose brown or rose wood (can’t remember) with a Chanel gloss on top.

Or usually I search eBay (and buy about 5 at a time) for a discontinued L’Oréal privee frieda pinto nude from years ago. I use it with Mac lip liner “nonchalant”.

I like lilac shades. But hard to find the right one.

I use rimmel 'east end snob' liner all over lips and then any old clear balm on top.

I am the same as you OP and I have a Nars gloss like that which I love. I also tried similar to Melon but didn't want to go for a premium brand unless I really liked the look so I got a similar shade from Lidl and I love that too!

Mine is NARS blonde Venus (I'm brunette)

Brown hair, brown eyes, pale / sallow skin - also wear bright pink frequently! Or berry.

My current favourite is NYX lip butter in Prague. I'll go brighter (Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet liquid lipstick in Fuchsia something)

I like bright pinks too and I am pale and blonde. They lift my whole face. However at the mo I use Revlon Bois de Rose. I do need a nice new bright lip pie though!

I wear bright pink sometimes! Red hair and fair skin here. My everyday shade is MAC sunny seoul- I have quite pink lips anyway so this is a good match.

My Nars one is called Hot Wired and the Lidl one, gentle mauve. I would like to find something nice in between those two shades.
