Quirky dressers - anyone fancy an autumn thread?

Just that really - I loved the 'I don't want to look expensive' thread (and am going to go back through it for more inspiration) and would be great to know what fabulous things you wear in autumn or are thinking of buying.

I feel like I want to get back into wearing skirts/dresses - I have some office work days in winter so it's more realistic than in summer time & I hate wearing jeans so skirts/tights/boots is a good option for me. I've invested in some new bright / patterned tights, have a couple of skirts I love, but need to figure out the top half now.

From the style blog threads I'd love to dress like the Fake Fabulous blogger though I'm not sure being 5' 1" & small built quite works for that look.

I love the mustard coat! And gringo stuff is right up my street.

I have innumerable items of clothing and bags featuring owls, foxes and squirrels. My family have noticed and they buy me gifts to match now.

Can I ask, how do you all wear your hair? Mine is shoulder length, brown and quite boring, and doesn't really reflect my love of quirk and kitsch. I feel I should have it bright red with a 2" fringe or something but wouldn't have the nerve! Similarly I love bold and bright spectacles on others but am not brave enough to wear them myself.

That mustard coat is beautiful! I've recently bought some Solemate socks - they are lovely but I'm using them as slippers in my house.

So happy to see another quirky thread - I'm eyeing up a few pieces but have put on a bit of weight and need to slim back into my usual size before I buy anything. Should only take a few weeks...

Restricting myself to looking at accessories - want some good shoes and love the ones you've all shared. I'm also on the hunt for chunky gemstone/crystal jewellery.

My hair is very short and choppy lemonade, colour varies from reddish gold through to quite blonde depending on how I'm feeling and the time of year (spend a lot of time in the sea in the summer so colour just bleaches out).

Got that mustard coat on my Autumn pinterest board! Love crocheted stuff, was thinking of crocheting some flowers/leaves to sew onto one of my tweed coats.
My hair is brown, wavy, bit layered and just past my shoulders. Usually wear it loose or sometimes pinned up.
