In the flesh it's more orange than red.

It fits nicely and I'm planning to wear it on the school run on cold days with skinny jeans.

I'm 5ft3, slim with dark hair.

What's the verdict: good or evil?

Need a click link....

Bloggybollocks · 16/03/2017 14:19

I'm not keen but then I'm not wearing it!

TheUpsideDown · 16/03/2017 14:20

Its nice. I personally prefer the mustard colour. But it is a nice coat. Something I'd go for

MyHairIsMyHair · 16/03/2017 14:40

Thanks both. Keep em coming...

What are you planning on wearing with it? It could either look quite cool or incredibly mumsy depending on the rest of your outfit and what you had on your feet.

So I'm going with both good and evil Grin

LapinR0se · 16/03/2017 14:55

Not bad. Grand for everyday

CalmItKermitt · 16/03/2017 14:58

Ooh I love it!

tigerrun · 16/03/2017 15:00

I love the colour but depending on the rest of the outfit it could be a bit frumpy/mumsy because of the length - I personally prefer long or short & not inbetween length in a coat. Looks very practical and warm though, not sure if that helps, sorry!

MyHairIsMyHair · 16/03/2017 15:00

Skinny jeans and stompy fur-lined boots.

Which way does that swing it, bounce?

Thanks everyone!

Well its very mumsnet but I wouldn't wear, sorry.

OnALosingSpree · 16/03/2017 15:06

I love the mustard

Niklepic · 16/03/2017 15:07

I'm sorry but my first thought was this!

Is this coat good or evil?
FreeTibet · 16/03/2017 15:10

I'm much older than you and I wouldn't wear it. Very wifie looking IMO.

Gamtanner · 16/03/2017 15:12

EasyJet orange. Hmmmm.

Not keen. Sorry.

Shantotto · 16/03/2017 15:14

I think it's lovely! I need something that's still waterproof but not as warm as the Didrikson I've been wearing all winter. I'm very tall so I think this is a bit short sadly!

God knows what some people wear when they need a warm, waterproof jacket!
Somebody so dismissive of this link to what they consider to be stylish please, I've no idea. Is it just colour and length? 🤔

MyHairIsMyHair · 16/03/2017 15:16

Yikes! Loving the frank reviews.

That picture is worth a thousand words, Nik!

The vibe I'm getting is that this coat could go either way.

Mad, by 'very mumsnet' do you mean skinny jeans and breton striped tops? If so, I'm cool with that. Or do you mean frumpy?I'm not cool with that.

The colour is more tomato than easyjet...

I like it, especially in orange.

MaeveTheRave · 16/03/2017 15:32

ok for dog walking. Not my style. I do have a merrell coat but it's less 'fun' than that coat.

VilootShesCute · 16/03/2017 15:33

Misread thread title. Was expecting to see an angry goat.

KoalaDownUnder · 16/03/2017 15:35

I like it, which is saying something as I loathe orange.

lalaloopyhead · 16/03/2017 15:38

I quite like it, I prefer the mustard but that is out of stock in 10 & 12 (otherwise I might have been tempted).

The only off putting thing is if you click on the dark blue, and green they look a bit anoraky and something my Mum would wear (almost 70!).

I would send for it and see what the fit is like :)

ephemeralfairy · 16/03/2017 15:51

I love it in yellow! I'd definitely wear it but only when the weather warranted, it wouldn't be my go-to winter coat.
