Bought 3 party dresses, help me choose one!

Posted earlier about a bright pink dress for my work Xmas do, but decided to follow advice and find something else. So I went late night shopping and couldn't choose between three dresses so I bought them all and will return two of them once I've made up my mind. Please tell me your favorites and help me choose!

I'm 38, 5'4" and the do is dinner and dance in a hotel. Hope the links work:

Agree - 1 looks lovely and not grumpy at all.

It's not that no1 is frumpy at all, you just look really good in it. It's a hard one to pull of but you do have a lovely figure for it. I would look awful as I'm too lumpy and bumpy but you are not. It's a compliment.

It's incredible... it's gone from very contradictory opinions this morning to unanimous verdict this evening! Just goes to show different dresses sit different people!

Thanks everyone for your opinions. I lack confidence but you've all given me the boost I need to get Dress Number One on, glitz myself up a bit and not try to hide away in a corner at the party tomorrow night!

1 looked really boring it the link but you look fab in it...hands down number 1 for me, it totally suits and flatters your figure

I think possibly the navy is a better colour for you too- but agree, 1 does suit you! 3 has an awful hemline in real life, didn't realise that in the link. 2 is okay but I'm less keen on the round neck on you.

Ahh, thanks Layla! I went with number one in the end. I loved number 3 but I don't have the confidence to pull it off (would have definitely worn it for a black tie do though). Had a lovely evening and drank way too much

1 and 3, but I would go for the 3rd one if you get bloated, as 1st is bodycon. I am the same, I get bloated during meals and drinks so I never choose bodycon dresses.

I like no 1 the top detail is lovely!

Second choice is no 3
