Just got a tax rebate which means I can properly invest in my youth, not something I can normally afford. What's the most cost effective way to spend money on fine lines and wrinkles which are particularly bad under my eyes?

I was thinking a long course of microneedling? And save half for a upper lower blephoplasty....or is fraxel the way to go?

Was raised on sugar, smoked for years, have tender Irish skin and have had loads of stress in the past few years....my face is a wreck.

What would you do?

I assumed dr nyla was London based but actually it wouldn't be that far to go to see her. Would you give me a ball park figure for how much they cost - or maybe you had them done with one of the other doctors mentioned, I see they are Manchester based too. I feel going to see someone like her might give me a good result, even for Botox and normal filler (not under eye) - the lady I go to see us very good (and reasonably priced) for Botox but I've not been impressed with filler at all - you might get a more holistic approach. Now I need to go back and carefully read the thread! Many thanks for your advice, it's appreciated x

Serenite - tear trough was 475! Worth every born time, plus, I can assure you she will give you her honest and expert opinion as to what you need doing to get the results you are after. In fact, she may even recommend something different to fillers, once she's seen you. She is expert in her field. ReAd my earlier commenys in thswhen any work is done well it is imperceptible and you just look evthread. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
