I brought some M and S super skinny ones today, I don't know if it's just me but they seem huge. I am a large-ish 10 so brought a 10 and they are hanging off me. I am not by any stretch of the imagination an 8 so not sure if I should exchange or go back to DP's

Thank you thisfalseinsight, my friend also said Uniqlo were really long but they seem short on me! Must be trying the wrong styles Confused so next time I'm in London will pop in and try again. I will find long jeans!!

I love these M&S £20 ones. They do fade eventually but I don't care at that price! They wash well

Definitely check the uniqlo labels. The ones I have are 33" length and they are a perfect length for me at 5'8. Not all styles go to that length , the ultra stretch skinny jeans definitely do, I have three pairs and live in them.

purplemunkey I've managed to get a couple pairs of Levi's demi-curve in TK Maxx - they appear on TK Maxx online sometimes too.

Aquasport · 24/10/2016 14:02

I bought the asda wonderfit on a mumsnet recommendation the other day and they are fab - even got a compliment when wearing them

Lookdownthesofa · 24/10/2016 16:10

As someone said above, please can someone link to the current equivalent of the M&S 5 pocket jeggings?

An M&S search for "super skinny 5 pocket" brings up 7 possibilities, including M&S Collection, Indigo Collection and Designed by Twiggy ranges.

purplemunkey · 24/10/2016 16:42

Ooh, thanks Oy I'll keep my eyes peeled for some in TKMaxx!

For me it's the Zara Body Curve - happily fit over my hourglass hips and thighs and fit nice at the waist.

NipSlipper · 24/10/2016 16:53

Now that the holy grail Levi Curve skinnies have been discontinued .....

....I am having some success with H&M shaping high waisted skinnies (hold their shape well, nice and stretchy, cheap as chips) and Next shaping high waisted skinnies (can only wear once really before they start to go bit too stretchy/baggy round the waist - although might just be me and my big arse...but once you wash them again they go nice and tight...never thought I'd recommend Next jeans as they're usually shit).

NipSlipper · 24/10/2016 16:53

I'm a tall hourglass size 12, btw

ElspethFlashman · 24/10/2016 18:24

Levi Curve have been discontinued??!

Noooooo! Sad

ababsurdum · 27/10/2016 08:20

Ooo lots of great suggestions! I don't like anything tight around my waist really do prefer low rise, which doesn't help with the gaping at the back I suppose, and prefer slim fit.

Vicliz24 · 08/02/2017 21:33

The M&S Ines are M&S collection
