Sick of perfumes just fading away in seconds, please tell me the good, strong, bold long lasting ones so I can finally find one!!!

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle - I know people say the Lidl one is the same but a) it so so isn't and b) the real stuff lasts for ten times longer!

LuckySantangelo1 · 09/08/2016 16:05

Poison! I think it's awful but different strokes and all that... Literally does not come off.

ElspethFlashman · 09/08/2016 16:06

Oh God, Jean Paul Gaultier. That stuff lingers for days!

And Dior Hypnotic Poison too.

scent will last longer on oily skin and less well on dry skin.
you could try moisturising your skin before applying and see if that helps.

JellyBea · 09/08/2016 16:15

Gucci Rush seems to last forever!

wobblywonderwoman · 09/08/2016 16:15

I love Jean Paul Gautier and Alien (but everyone I seem to know is wearing it)
Bought hypnotic poison after seeing a recommendation on here. all three last well.

QueenLaBeefah · 09/08/2016 16:16

Agree with all of these.

Wearing an eau de parfum (rather than the eau de toilette of the same scent) can make a huge difference in terms of strength and lasting power.

LaurieFairyCake · 09/08/2016 16:28

L'heure bleue (Guerlain) can still smell it on my grandmothers scarf - she's been dead 20 years.

It's one of my favourites too.

sodabreadjam · 09/08/2016 16:29

Lancome Poeme - in a good way.

Sarah Jessica Parker "Lovely". Tried it in a perfume shop. Hated it and colleagues complained about the reek. Couldn't get rid of it - I was perfumed down to the bone.

PlanBwastaken · 09/08/2016 16:30

Angel - so strong you can only wear it to work if you put it on the night before.
