I've just put some on my toes. I fear it's a bit "ooh I'm crazee me".

Depends on the shade tbh

navy or Atlantic blue could be chic

bearofnothingness · 26/06/2016 10:36

No it's just blue nail polish I doubt anyone would analyse it

JackandDiane · 26/06/2016 10:38

It's a top shop kind of mid denim.

It's like denim jackets and Button necklaces

I have one that colour, but I usually wear it on my nails, I like it

crappymummy · 26/06/2016 10:39

Mind I am a crappy mummy so probably not a fount of fashion wisdom

WhisperingLoudly · 26/06/2016 10:59

Yes

Try a dark grey if you want to avoid the pinks/corals/reds

JackandDiane · 26/06/2016 11:04

oh i have plenty of other options. Its just the ' Wackiness' of blue I noticed

60sname · 26/06/2016 11:07

I think matt colours, particularly navy, are ok but brighter blue, especially metallics, are kind of mum boot

WhisperingLoudly · 26/06/2016 11:07

Blue/teal/green anything with sparkles all falls under same heading for me: a bit shit.

Though could be worse, you could have painted your ring finger a contrasting purple Grin

ggirl · 26/06/2016 11:09

hmm yeh i agree its a bit ..."ooh I'm crazee me".

like pink hair

I like quite a few blues. Don't wear them, but really I should.

JackandDiane · 26/06/2016 11:23

or ' tasteful ' tattoos

LockedOutOfMN · 26/06/2016 14:22

Have you teemed it with blue eyeshadow, right up the eyebrows, and dangling "ooh I'm crazeee" earrings? If not, I think it's all good :D

JohnCheese · 26/06/2016 14:48

Well if you wear it with a button necklace.....

Am not really sure it's mum boot territory, I'be liked it in previous years, not so much this year. Am currently by a pool and have done a random survey. No one has blue nail polish on toes. Pas de personne. Actuellement, surprisingly, it's mostly clear polish. I know!

Costacoffeeplease · 26/06/2016 14:50

I only ever wear navy blue polish on my toes, all year round, for about 15 years+

ShelaghTurner · 26/06/2016 14:56

Fuck off with the mum boot crap, I can't bear it. Wear your blue with pride!

Wellthatsit · 26/06/2016 14:58

What is mum boot?

JackandDiane · 26/06/2016 15:00

boots of doom

EvansAndThePrince · 26/06/2016 15:02

What an offensive thread, do women really judge other women for wearing certain colours of nail polish, hair colours, boots etc?! And the tattoo comment is just totally unreasonable.

JackandDiane · 26/06/2016 15:05

YUP

sure do! Grin

OP posts:
JackandDiane · 26/06/2016 15:06

You need to get out a bit

cosmicglittergirl · 26/06/2016 15:23
