my clothing rut is...

My name is leedy and I am a serial repeat buyer. Things I've realized I keep buying (and, in fairness, wearing):

• red bras (does anybody actually need five red bras?)
• olive green/khaki coats and jackets (only realized this the other day when I counted them. Six. Whoops.)
• identical straight leg jeans in slightly different washes
• stripy tops

Anyone else?

Parkas - have khaki, black, navy, burgundy.

I've been wearing Topshop Jamie skinnies for years and I'm now on my sixth pair of Gap girlfriend jeans (while I like really like the fit, they don't seem to last long on me!).

I think I'm in a style rut!

Lol. I love olive green/khaki everything. I have been known to buy identical items in different colours/sizes (Uniqlo skinny jeans, H&M linen tshirts, Muji vests, American Apparel sweatshirts) but I'm trying to quit. Trying to lose wight at the moment so on a v low/no buy until I've got to where I want to be, at which point all my old clothes will fit again anyway.

jeggings (but have bought the Hush ruched skirt and gap girlfriend jeans to branch out)
stripy top (took 3 to the charity shop today - and bought another online...).

Grey cardigans. DC have banned me from buying another. Black coats. White shirts. Though you can never have too many whit shirts imho. Think I need more colour.

In fact right now I am wearing a striped summer jumper, black skinny jeans and Nike Internationalist trainers, and yes my bra and knickers are black

I have just kondo-ed my wardrobe and discovered I have 40 vest tops. I wear them under everything. That's 40, after the clear out. They are all cheapy matalan Jobbies as well, I should bin them all and buy a few nice ones!

Mine is navy... Better for my skin time than black or grey but I could probably be a bit more adventurous!

It used to be jeans but then I went back to work so now only wear them at the weekend/days off.

I bore myself but nothing else suits me.

Then I realised I was doing it, so I banned myself from them.

Then I bought a slew of grey jumpers.

Then I realised I look shit in both 'colours'.

Black everything except white coats.
