I'd like to talk about my tits. And other people's tits. I'd like to start a Tit Thread.

I bra intervened myself with the help of a MN thread from aaaages ago I found on google.

I've changed size shape, not loads, but enough for my bra to be tight. Had cup spillage, digging in around the back, all a fucking disaster.

I was uncomfortable, my back ached and my boobs were deeply miserable.

Current bras were pretty threadbare anyway and the knickers weren't much better. It all needs replacing.

Bought a new bra. Lovely. Fits beautifully. Ordered more. Found a company called Curvy Kate and am already a fan.

I am once again at peace with the world. Bras and boobs are now my new hobby.

However, whilst browsing online for bra advice I came across loads of sites saying the bra measurey ladies in shops just say anything to get you to buy stuff and catalogue/website models are nearly ALL wearing the wrong sizes in pictures.

Is this true?

Is there a conspiracy?

I'm fascinated!

Ah, I see!

I've had one or two ok halters but I find they need to be ones that are designed to also be strapless - that way they can hold the weight and the halter strap isn't doing too much work. But they're very hard to find.

I just found this gem in TK Maxx and had to share- this happens about once every 5 years if I'm lucky! Nowhere near my normal size but it fits me like a dream and the set was less than a tenner.

Please don't wear the strap if you're halter necking a strapless bra- you'll decapitate yourself!

Married that is beautiful!

I'm not sure what you mean by not wearing the strap mnd, what I was meaning is that I've got one bikini top - panache I think - which can be worn bandeau style or halter with a removable halter bit. Because it's designed to be worn strapless I find that the cups are a lot sturdier than on most of the other halter bikinis I've tried - so I don't need to have the halter strap nearly as tight and it hurts my neck far less as the back strap and cups do more of the work. I tend to find a lot of halter bikinis too flimsy and like I'm hanging my whole boob weight from my neck.

Sorry, was reading/posting half asleep!

I meant when wearing a halterneck dress/top, don't wear the strap of the strapless bra as a halter if your boobs are very heavy. Let the band do the work, if it's not enough without it then may need to rethink.

I know exactly what you mean about the bikinis though. Those stupid string triangle things are a particular bugbear- horrendous for anyone with any weight to their bust.

Bookmarking to read through later. I am so sick of bras that don't fit properly, digging in, bits hanging out the sides.

I have a large rib cage (seriously it's huge Blush) and small tits. I don't think I'll ever find a bra that's comfortable and looks good!

Have a look at some of the Lepel plunge styles Bunnybop, you're describing their bras!
