Whoever asked about the Laneige BB cushion mine was £23 with compact and spare refill from i am love shop on eBay. However I went for that as it's pore control and I wanted a more matte finish. I look dewy enough and I think there a plenty cheaper alternatives if you have drier skin.
Off to bed now after applying one of my samples. It's a Lioele Water Sleeping Pack. If I hadn't been going away for weekend there would have been two nights worth of product in sample. I have smeared it all over neck and shoulders. It has that lovely smell the Tony Moly hand cream had. Has anyone tried the Innisfree juicy apple range in particular the cleansing oil? I may give it a go when my supetdrug stuff runs out.

lucysmam · 12/06/2015 08:20

dafty how did you get on with the sleeping pack? I tried it and woke up with a handful of little whiteheaded pimples Sad

I have to say, I'm an oil cleansing method convert! My skin looks lovely the past couple of mornings, and so soft too. The oil will last ages too.

Anyone got a hydrating toner recommendation? I'm ordering one of those and the COSRX skin returning a-sol next week but will give it a clear month of the oil first before using them.

lucysmam · 12/06/2015 08:21

Actually, by the time they get here, it probably will be a month anyway Smile

ScrambledSmegs · 12/06/2015 08:28

Who was asking about W2beauty shipping labels? I've checked the recycling and my box merely says 'home purchase' and a squiggle where the value should be. It might mean something. I don't think so though!

FrugalFashionista · 12/06/2015 08:31

Back to basics - layers of Missha Super Aqua Snail cream and sleeping product last night.
My face says thank you Wink

The sleeping pack was a bit meh. Skin no different. However the lack of spots may be down to me forgetting I used liquid gold last night. Only later after applying retin a too did I remember. On the plus side it melted a big hard whitehead right off my cheekbone Grin

AmazingDisgrace · 12/06/2015 08:41

Ok the starfish cream looks to be a keeper. Even DH commented on how much brighter and more even my skin is. It also works brilliantly under make up.

LittleMysMoominMamma · 12/06/2015 08:55

Oh thanks Scrambled, it was me that asked about W2! Was your order value above £15? Thanks

lucysmam · 12/06/2015 09:05

Amazing, that's good! My dp commented I was "glowy" last night after a sheet mask - not sure it was a compliment or the extra essence that was still on my skin Grin

ScrambledSmegs · 12/06/2015 10:16

It was - I got the Laneige cushion for £23.

NewsreaderChic · 12/06/2015 10:25

daftybird - I ordered the Innisfree Apple cleansing oil about ten days ago so should be getting it soon and will report back.

Cornwall - thanks for the link, the Amazon reviews weren't great so I'll keep looking.

ScrambledSmegs · 12/06/2015 10:39

Quick question - would you use an essence in addition to a serum or instead of? I'm trying to build a picture of how my routine should be, eventually. Currently using Ren Evercalm serum and Clarimatte moisturiser, but will be introducing Starfish cream this weekend.

The Benton mask really suits my skin. My skin was practically radiant this morning. I'd buy more Benton stuff but the worries about mould/contamination have put me off! So looking at the Propolis essence instead now. Poor bees. I'm sorry Sad

LittleMysMoominMamma · 12/06/2015 10:39

Thanks Scrambled, what was delivery time like? I promise no more questions Grin

lucysmam · 12/06/2015 11:08

Thanks for suggesting putting on the bb cream with fingers last night - looks much better today Thanks

lucysmam · 12/06/2015 11:40

Scrambled, I think you would use it at the same stage but after serum depending on the consistency iyswim. The reddit link in the OP is a pretty comprehensive guide as to what to use when, might be worth a double check on there Smile

ScrambledSmegs · 12/06/2015 12:12

Thanks lucysmam. I've read it before but have given myself a bit of a headache trying to work out if it's an either/or or a plus situation. I think it goes (after cleansing & toning) essence, serum, emulsion, lotion, cream. Which seems like a bit much right now but when I've found the right combination for me I'm sure it will become second nature.

Just took littlest DD to her 'swimming' lesson. The pool is salinated and I got loads of it in the face thanks to her splashing. It's really drying, so I'm going to have to either moisturise over makeup and reapply (which I'm not sure about thanks to my skin) or take the lot off and start again. Is there anything moisturising that I can spray over makeup in situations like this?

ScrambledSmegs · 12/06/2015 12:14

Little, I ordered the cushion on the 31 May and it arrived on 10 June. I'm not sure if that's standard though, as it's the first time I've bought through them.

Scrambled some people use multiple serums, it all depends on what you need and want, and how many layers you want to make.

I've been layering a little bit less as I have been busy and tired in the past days, and more is definitely better for my needs.

If anyone wants an empty cushion for a DIY custom shade, missha.de now have them. A bit pricey but will think about it, I get the best results with a sponge, sheer and natural.

LittleMysMoominMamma · 12/06/2015 13:26

Thanks again Scrambled Smile

NewsreaderChic · 12/06/2015 13:27

Scrambled - it's not AB but Clinique moisture surge spray is just the job. It's £21 ish but I bought a travel sized one on eBay to try out which was much cheaper & easy to stash in a swimming bag.

GertrudeTrudy · 12/06/2015 13:33

Hi all, sorry haven't been keeping up to date with the thread, I had an interview to prepare for so was franticly scribbling notes!

One of the things I love about Korean beauty is the adverts. They are absolutely hilarious! I got an email from Wishtrend there with links to special offers and this was one of them. Scroll down it's worth it

"Is it just a disillusion? No! No!" hahaha Grin

TheWombat · 12/06/2015 14:03

Gertrude hahaha! 'Filling the crumbled and loose area of your face' that's priceless!

Must admit the 'Konglish' on the adverts adds to the whole thing for me..

FrugalFashionista · 12/06/2015 14:09
