Ooooh, hello again!
I'm pleased to say that I have pretty much stuck with my lists from the previous threads. Almost without fail I:
- Hot cloth cleanse and moisturise morning and night
- Get my hair trimmed and eyebrows waxed every 8 weeks (I book the next appt when I pay so that I don't forget)
- Swim 3 mornings a week before work
- Walk to and from work 5 days a week (between 2-3 miles a day, depending on which route I take)
- Yoga at least once a week
- Eat healthily, including plenty of fruit and veg. Currently experimenting with a lot of raw foods and green smoothies, inspired by Ella Woodward
- Drink 8+ glasses of water a day
- Drink no more than 1 coffee a day
- Go to bed early enough to get a full 8hrs sleep
10. Plan my week's outfits on a Sunday night.
I would like to lose a little bit of weight before the summer though, only around 7lbs. I also need to keep on top of moisturising - swimming 3 times a week dries my skin something terrible and I need to sort it out before bare leg season!
Tomorrow's food plan is:
Breakfast - porridge made with almond milk, blueberries and mixed seeds
Post swim snack - banana
Mid morning - apple and a cup of fruit/herb tea
Lunch - Carrot and butternut squash soup, slice of wholemeal bread, 2 satsumas
Mid afternoon - dried apricots and a cup of fruit/herb tea
Dinner - salmon with brown rice and salad
