I bought 14L and they are 34.5 inch leg, just right on me with a small heel, I'm 5'10. I tried them on with my knee length cardigan and they looked good. I also have a black pair from Next which are a bit more subtle and are very flattering.

I can also recommend the Next couture flares, I didn't get those though as the length wasn't quite right on me, they are quite similar to the Marksies ones.

How do they run in the waist? Are they relatively small in the waist?

I'm 31 inch waist and size 14 fits me perfectly and is not all loose like some jeans, so probably true to size.

Thanks Ring. I like a trouser that sits on my natural waist, but it can be difficult because my waist is 2 sizes smaller than my hips. I'm a classic "pear." Sad
