I am quite excited. Just waiting for my boots delivery then gonna do it later. Shall I leave the socks on for the hour?

2 weeks on... final verdict: feet have been peeling a lot and looked awful all week. Today I did a long soak and gave them a good scrub to get the last bits off. The result is that my feet have a lot less hard dry skin than before. They're not perfect, especially my toes and my heels, but better than they were.

I might give one of the cheaper versions a go in a few months. In the summer though I'd prefer to spend the 30 quid on a podiatrist rather than having my feet look terrible for a couple of weeks for a half-finished result.

Sainsburys are currently selling Footner for £10, picked some up today and just wondering when I want to have peeling feet.

letsgotothebeach · 26/07/2014 09:14

I did it for the first time 2 weeks ago and have great results. It was worth the constant hoovering up of skin flakes. I woke up one morning after a dream that my whole body was shedding its skin!

My feet were pretty bad as I spend much of the summer in bare feet. No amount of exfoliating or over night moisurising would compete with what this has done to my feet. I would do it again definately.

Did mine on Thursday night. Came home, fed baby and then put them on and sat for a blissful 90 minutes. Feet feel dry and skin is tight but no action yet despite me walking round Ikea in sweaty trainers and then coming home and soaking. I reckon Monday is going to be the start. I hope so, I've been so excited.

Day 4 today. I've soaked my feet for an hour every day. Today my skin is just falling off in great big chunks. I'm impressed!

sweetheart · 28/07/2014 21:18

1 week ago I did mine. Followed instructions to the letter and nothing! Really disappointed Sad

AndHarry · 28/07/2014 21:22

Sweetheart mine took a couple of weeks.

sweetheart · 28/07/2014 21:24

No sign of anything happening at all. No dry / tightening skin.

ThePortlyPinUp · 28/07/2014 22:15

I used the purederm ones on Saturday night for 90 minutes (much to my friends amusement) and nothing is happening yet, I'm hoping for a day at the beach tomorrow so perhaps some paddling and sand will get things moving.

MsFanackerPants · 28/07/2014 22:49

It's started! 4 days since the mask on Thursday night and I wore soaks and warm shoes today.

Soaked them for half an hour, nothing happened, had a bath, could see a bit of peeling so just sat with my feet in a tub of water for another half an hour and the sides and part of my heels are peeling and my toes and balls of my feet will go tomorrow I reckon. In between my toes looks like grim athletes foot.

ThePortlyPinUp · 30/07/2014 21:41

Its working here too :D

mrssmith79 · 31/07/2014 15:10

Did mine Tues and it's coming off in great big sheets! This is possibly the happiest day of my life - going to have a good soak tonight and try to get a pic of them in all their scaly glory.

sweetheart · 31/07/2014 15:38

Those of you who it's working for can I ask where you brought your product? I got mine off Ebay and I'm wondering if I got sold a duff!

JenniMoo · 01/08/2014 09:34

I bought footner from boots but some have used purederm ones from amazon successfully, I think.

ecuse · 01/08/2014 09:42

I'm dying to do it - getting married in 4 weeks and my feet are reminiscent of a stegosaurus. But - pregnant. Weighing up whether I should or not. Of course it says you shouldn't on the label, because everything is banned when you're pregnant. But trying to think through whether it's risky or not.

JenniMoo · 01/08/2014 13:44

I think the pregnant thing was to do with your skin being more sensitive. My skin doesn't get more sensitive at all when pregnant so personally I'd go for it.

fairimum · 14/10/2014 21:51

did anyone with a verucca try this??

BettyMoody · 14/10/2014 21:52

i want pics fgs

nataleetstevens · 29/05/2017 19:07

I have done this 3 times.... the first i bought of groupon, the second was a cheaper version from boots but i really wanted it to work so. Ought a third, a footner from boots.
The first two did NOTHING..... i soaked feet every day, sometimes twice, three times and nothing!!! However the third, the boots Footner has worked just as it should!!!! So beware of cheaper versions, get it from Boots!!!

Beketaten · 02/06/2017 22:08

Got mine on now. Well, a very cheap version from eBay, so will be interesting to see if anything happens. Lots available for under £1.50, just search for 'butterfly baby foot mask'.

PossomInAPearTree · 02/06/2017 22:25

I have footnered and it's all come off in big sheets apart from the big yellow pads of dead skin under my big toes which are like,2cm thick.

How do I get rid of these?

Beketaten · 10/06/2017 02:49

It's been a week now. No peeling at all, but the skin is all dry and cracked Shock. Really hope it all comes off, as now it looks worse than before!
