Dp is dyeing his hair and wants your advice

Dp has booked an appointment at our local hairdressers after much personal debate have his hair dyed professionally. There was an incident with box dye so he's not going down that road again.

He's going blonde but he's not sure how blonde or which kind of blonde to go. I can't really advise him as I've never dyed my hair. And I'm completely different to him in terms of colouring. He's agreed to ask the collective wisdom of mumsnet.

Dps just gotten dressed for the bbq and his clothes seem to look wrong with his hair. Dark jeans, black shirt and a navy jumper, so nothing outlandish. Just doesn't look right.

The growing out cannot happen soon enough.

I think the issue is that it's not working with the tones of his clothes now. They're cool colours and he's got warm coloured hair What to do? Maybe he needs to go to a colour me beautiful consultant.

However, in case you don't gave time pre BBQ, may I suggest a pale blue shirt? It might make him look a bit less drained - even though presumably it's a cool colour too. But it just seems it might work. My DH is a ginge and looks best in pale blue

gobbolino if only I had sent him to house of colour to find out if he was a radical summer or whatever. This may never have happened.

His clothes all go with his old hair. So he's just going to have to look daft till it grows out.
