Okay. Instead of taking over the workwear thread. Ideas/pics for nice outfits for drinks and maybe a spot of dancing on summer evenings, please? Especially for those of us who quite like a bit of leg on show.

I am going to zara tomorrow as have seen a skirt with slit that I love and will have a look for you I think I saw backless there

And this looks gorgeous but it's polyester and also sleeveless. I think if low back, one needs at least a bit of sleeve at our age!

I can't do white - look absolutely bloody awful in it. A pity, as I adore that sort of pretty Bohemian look but it hates me.

Its my everyday look as I work from home no need to wear 'nice' stuff! Looks best with a bit of a tan though I have so many of those tops buy more every year

I try some on every year, and am every year reminded that I look like a dead Victorian grandmother in them.

haha bet you don't! I have always dressed like that so its not new to me same with harem trousers have worn every year since the 80s!

Those H&M shorts are fab, excellent that they are online. They don't look too short, either. I will be trying them. The Kate Mos kaftan looks good on her, doesn't it?! SusieSoSo blog says to size down twice.
