Okay. Instead of taking over the workwear thread. Ideas/pics for nice outfits for drinks and maybe a spot of dancing on summer evenings, please? Especially for those of us who quite like a bit of leg on show.

There is no way on this earth I would wear shorts in the UK in the evening, with bare legs, Ed. Although tbf it's lovely here. Not going anywhere tonight though. :(

Grey dress is cute but yes, too long and probs too shapeless for me.

I don't think I'd do bare legs at all tbh, even with leg makeup or fake tan. The rest of me is very pale, so it just wouldn't look right.

sounds like you are looking for a playsuit, it's been declared bare legs season - if you have good (just pale) legs, get them out!

Legs are good from about mid thigh down. Playsuits = loo issues though, and are mostly either strapless or cami top, and polyester too. I can't find one I love, though have been searching. Re bare legs - nope, I just wouldn't.

Dress is okay, but again, it's the sort of thing I'd usually shove a blazer over for work.
