Afternoon all! Woke up early this morning and decided to go for a run. So I did 5 miles. Loved every minute of it, gorgeous weather, felt great, and it have been unwell for much if the last couple of weeks so was a real treat. Till I finished! Every once in a while after a run, I get exercise induced hives. Only since having the dcs and feels like my my stomach area and thighs are on fire, plus I get the big welts. Dh was backing away quickly.HmmGrin. So am covered up as it helps the hives go more quickly.

Long background to today's outfit of black cotton denim like leggings. They look like jeggings but definitely lighter than denim. I think they were £10 from TK Maxx.Smile I am wearing a sky blue j crew painter tee with them . Earlier, just after the hives attack, I was also wearing beige helmut lang asymmetric sweater - a light knit with great big holes. I am also wearing this ring, which I bought a few weeks ago. It's what inspired dh to get the real thing. I might get something else fake and see if he follows suit again. I could be on to somethingWink.

Hope Marsha and Shop are having a lovely time.

hopefully this link works

Drywhiteplease · 17/05/2014 15:36

Lovely lollipop
toothy welcome....the prob with little bags for day is you can't get anything in them! I need a tiny purse for my Gucci Disco Grin
Novice poor you....I've always thought exercise was bad for you!

Outfit rethink.....am wearing this with gold Gigis and wide tan belt instead. White skinnies tomorrow.

MarshaBrady · 17/05/2014 16:05

Hello had a fab time with Shop who looked ace. Can't wait til out big mu now! I could have kept going

Novice poor you!

Then oh my the hell of the beauty floor at one point had Armani on one side and 2x YSL on the other, felt ill, couldn't decide. But went back to the no foundation foundation by Perricone. Hope I'm not imagining it but felt the lightest of them all.

MarshaBrady · 17/05/2014 16:06

Welcome Toothy

Pretty Lollipop

MarshaBrady · 17/05/2014 16:08

Oh and Lancôme Hypnose drama because I couldn't think and it all looks the same to me.

shopafrolic · 17/05/2014 16:49

Marsha so good to see you
Liberty can't believe we missed you by minutes.
Welcome Tooty I also love the Jennifer (we have great taste!) but totally out of my price range. Monnier Freres also had Maxi Satchels in black at a discounted price........

Glad you had a nice time shop and Marsha and hope the hair looks good shop. I saw your AH maxi zip in HoF earlier and the orange is such a nice shade!

Have spent the day with my sister, but was good and didn't buy anything except for one long vest in H&M. It's so warm here, what am I going to be like next week in 37 degrees!

Lollipop very pretty dress!

Welcome Toothy!

novice stunning ring, and love the "fake it til dh makes it" plan Grin

shopafrolic · 17/05/2014 17:45

Glad you said that Blair they didn't have the orange in Selfridges. It;s a really clever bag - lots of useful pockets and closures........ Enjoy the sunshine :)
Novice exercise clearly doesn't suit you!

Drywhiteplease · 17/05/2014 17:59

Grrrrrr.....does anyone else's DH leave getting showered and changed until 10 mins before guests arrive? Drives me nuts.
Hope you're all having a lovely evening.

MarshaBrady · 17/05/2014 17:59

Cool, because I now have buyer's fret over gasp £50 foundation and I hope my hair is short enough.

Also tried on Armani BB cream which was fab, but didn't get it as was so much (£60). Last make up question, what, if any, BB cream do you use?

shopafrolic · 17/05/2014 18:04

Your hair was gorgeous Marsha.
I've only ever had Clinique or Loreal BB cream.
Dry My DH has been known to come back from a dog walk half an hour after guests have arrived and then shower so think yourself lucky!

MarshaBrady · 17/05/2014 18:12

Thanks Shop I think dh saying did you get your haircut then didn't help!

Drywhiteplease · 17/05/2014 18:23

Grin Shop

shopafrolic · 17/05/2014 19:09

These blokes!! Honestly!
So Netflickers - what should I watch in terms of Box Sets other than Mad Men please?

In other news for Monica Vinader Fiji bracelet owners - the plating has started to come off mine so I went into Selfridges to ask about replating it. if your bracelet is less than 12 months old and you have the receipt they will give you a brand new replacement one. If over 12 months then you pay £35 for a replacement. So my top tip, take it back every 12 months for a shiny new one. Unfortunately I just checked my receipt and it was bought in Feb last year

How was your haircut Amber?

LinusDKD · 17/05/2014 19:49

Evening!

What a gorgeous day! We spent most of the day outdoors and the DC had a lovely time.

marsha not strictly a BB cream but I love the Nars tinted moisturiser and I really rate the LaRoche Posay Rosaliac CC cream. I think they both have quite high spf in them.

Welcome toothy!

Lovely dress lollipop!

shopafrolic · 17/05/2014 19:56

Nice dress BTW lollipop

LollipopViolet · 17/05/2014 19:59

I just need some shoes, a hat and a bag to go with the dress now :)

Decameron · 17/05/2014 20:28

I haven't tried BB cream, Marsha, I either wear foundation or nothing (except a high SPF of course!).

Have you watched Breaking Bad, Shop? I'm currently addicted. Glad you had a nice day.

Toothy, I don't think the bag is too big but I am not keen on small bags for day, and all the pockets are great so you don't lose your stuff.

DH agreed I need this bag so it's on the way. :)

Decameron · 17/05/2014 20:29

Pretty dress, Lollipop.

LinusDKD · 17/05/2014 20:39

I love that bag decam! I can imagine the leather will feel incredible as it looks gorgeous in the pictures.

santamarianovella · 17/05/2014 21:14

marsha I used urban decay bb and it was great,I now only impulse nars tinted moisturiser, its very light, recommend it,

decam great bag,love the colour,

Welcome toothy

lollipop the dress is very pretty,

linus you mentioned cross fitness,I tried it a few times and I wouldn't recommend it,you lift a lot of weight, and you do these crazy short circuits ,at my first day,the trainer asked me to do 50 squats,50 push-ups ,30burpees,,30 jumping squats,25 sit-ups,and I had to repeat it 3 times,And then to the other circuits,2nd one is more intense, last one is a bit ,just a bit easier, , I argued that I can't possibly do it,and he told me "I've seen you workout and you can do harder! "I gave it two more tries, and gave up.I can do intense, but this is beyond hard,

LinusDKD · 17/05/2014 21:24

So it's definitely not me for then santa! Last time I did a sit-up was in 1993! only slight exaggeration

WTF are burpees?!
