And yes, I know the first step with weight loss is the hardest, have done it several times and I know once the weight starts coming off it's much easier, it's just giving myself that first kick up the backside! It's because I am so busy and tired and I view food and wine as my 'reward' for tough days.

Blouse is not on the website anymore, so can't link, but it's a polka dot one in a sort of dark beige-y colour (it looks nicer than it sounds, if I remember I'll take a picture before my interview :) )

I know what you mean about viewing food and wine as a reward after a tough day.

That's why I avoid doing fast days on the days the DC are home all day. I need a glass a bottle of wine after that.

I don't look terrible, just a bit over where I feel ok. Handling it really well right now with my third big glass of wine and a bar of dark chocolate. I keep pinning salads as a deflection activity

Linus let me know re: sizing on that swimsuit - I'm tempted.....

I got a 10 and it is difficult to get into but once it's on it fits well.

I have cursed it a couple of times in the swimming pool changing rooms to be honest.

I do have small boobs so take that into account.

If I'm in a meeting I have the phone on silent Shop - great, looking forward to a chat!

Linus I bought an all in one like that from John Lewis a few years ago! They are a real bugger when they are wet but worth it!

Depends, sometimes an 8 sometimes a 10 but I think I could not get into a size 8 in this swimsuit.

I think a brown swimsuit looks nice on some people but I could not wear one. Don't they have an orange?
