Have been googling planks dry. Looks painful.

liberty glad the Jimmies have found a good home again.

I like shop's postcards too!

The handcream is nice btw. Not sure about the scent though.

Such a lovely day today full of sunshine. I even wore my shorts and DH said I looked nice in them.

Wearing my harems again. I was soo tempted to wear them to bed last night but I resisted. Grin

LinusDKD · 24/05/2014 20:03

Oh and have fun marsha! Tell us about your outfit when you get back!

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 20:05

Agree scent is strong, but worth it when my hands still looks moisturised 5 hours later..... if you decide you don't like it I'll happily buy it from you Linus (assume it's cheaper for you than here in the UK?)
Glad the legs are out BTW - I have a plan to get my legs out as often as possible in my forties as by my fifties it'll be too late.
Although, I looked at my DM's legs today and she's got cracking ankles for an 80 yo :)

Have you looked at flights Linus? I meant to say we usually meet for lunch at around 1ish - I am still sorting a venue but have narrowed it down. I can always meet you earlier for a coffee if you want to be broken in gently :)

Envy at Linus's weather - we have just had the mother of all hail storms - again.

Also Envy at Liberty's peace and quiet. DH is still doing 'diy' and the house is in chaos. Ds3 is yelling at the ps4, ds2 is listening to his rock music and the dog keeps barking. Am about to open Wine too.

Agree l'occitane handcream is lovely. Am currently using their foot cream.

Today I met a friend for coffee and wore maison scotch skinnies, navy s/s mint velvet jumper, Gap blue tweedy biker jacket and my new and very lovely superga's. She loved it

LinusDKD · 24/05/2014 20:24

Still need to look shop. ask DH to look as I am rubbish at finding cheap flights Blush

I will either fly in Friday morning to do some shopping and fly back Saturday evening or fly in Saturday morning, do my shopping Sunday and fly back that evening.

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 20:26

I wouldn't recommend flying back on the Saturday night. People have been known to want to stay late, and be a little worse for wear Grin

Ha shop, maybe not.

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 20:52

39 people watching my Bayswater and no bids - WTF!!!!

OP posts:
Secretsquirrel13 · 24/05/2014 20:55

It will go shop don't worry. I sold a pushchair that had around 50 watchers and the first bid was 5 mins before the end then it went crazy, fear not.

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 20:55

Thanks Secret - I'm too attached to my AH to give her up now!

liberty could you link the exact jimmies? There seem to be a lot around in any other context this would sound wierd Grin
Shop if you find a cheaper place for that hand cream could you let me know before I go the the OCC shop...kids wreck your hands.
linus start on your elbows then raise up onto hands then down again....1min, break, 1min etc 3-4 times. Horrendous. Then you progress to side plank impossible
Marsha escaping in a taxi is so brill....have a great night.
Anni you're back! Haven't even started...hoping to get through a few next week. My big build starts next Thurs, we are syncned again .

At ILs , up to p126 of my book Grin have not hit the drinks cabinet yet!

Drywhiteplease · 24/05/2014 20:59

Yes Shop when does it end? Will go nuts...I might watch , I get v excited!

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 21:08

Dry I found it on QVC - 2 tubes for £35 but am wondering if it'll be cheaper when I go to Provence. L'Occitane de provence.......? Surely it should be?

OP posts:
Drywhiteplease · 24/05/2014 21:12

Would have thought so Shop. Btw..your skinny Minnie's , do they keep their shape? Look like a great work trouser

Drywhiteplease · 24/05/2014 21:13

Oh and DHs she'd is at the Chelsea flower show for nearly twice the price we paid Shock and that was a lot

LinusDKD · 24/05/2014 21:23

shop I just checked the L'Occitane France website and the handcream is about £ 20 on there. Cheaper than here that is for sure.

Strangely enough it says it's spf 20 whereas mune is spf 15.

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 22:09

Dry bag ends tomorrow at 9ish. Link on my FB page
Linus cheaper on QVC then. I think my sample is SPF 20. You got the brightening one?

BrandyAlexander · 24/05/2014 23:37

Good luck Shop with bag sale!

I love L'Occitaine hand creams. It's one of my must haves in my handbag. Shop, I am overseas soon if you want me to pick you up anything?

Re the deletion....it zwas no biggie! I made a mistake in my post, a friend spotted it and asked MNHQ to delete for me and they did. Said friend pm'd me at same time so I wouldn't see my deleted post and say ShockShockShock!

Now, if I had known I was going to be deleted, I might have been very rude about the lurkers who nabbed my coatHmm.

Stokey · 25/05/2014 07:59

Someone nabbed the coat? How annoying Novice , hope it comes back, it was truly a thing of loveliness.
BBQ today but looking cloudy at the moment. Am planning on wearing a maxi skirt & tee but may be jeans if the weather doesn't pick up. Need to start peeling & roasting beetroot rather than sitting on the sofa on MNV

QueenCadbury · 25/05/2014 08:09

Greetings from the new forest Smile. Feeling vaguely chilled today. After the stress of dc bickering and driving here I felt shit yesterday with a migraine and then the hungover feeling I get after a migraine. Luckily they seem to be getting on better now. I think it was just the end of term-itis thing and they were tired.

linus don't travel back on the Saturday....getting a train back to bristol drunk is bad enough but I wouldn't want to be getting on a plane Grin

Off for a cycle now to go and explore....

BrandyAlexander · 25/05/2014 08:33

Hi QueenC, how long are you at PP world? We are taking the dcs next month. Going Friday morning, staying one night and coming back Saturday afternoon. Does that make sense or should we come back Sunday?

Stokey, it's not all bad! I am a size 6 but always like an 8 in coats because of bulky layers in the winter. So the 8 got sold out after I linked itAngryAngryAngry and so I got the 6. I figured it could only be because I linked it because I was looking at those two coats for days, then I foolishly linked. The Selfridges website then went funny and I didn't have time to call and buy it over the phone as I was rushing around packing. By the time I got to it the 8 was gone!

Drywhiteplease · 25/05/2014 08:56

Out for big family lunch today (13 of us.....maybe 14 if the dog comes Grin).....didn't expect this clothes wise but will repeat the black straight cut trs, oragnge Zara jacket, silver sling backs and have a cream embroidered cotton top.....why is it still raining? p 195 now, reckon I'll finish my book today, 24hrs is a record still in bed listening to church bells, lovely not to cockerel at 5.20am thoughShock
Have a good day all.

libertychick · 25/05/2014 09:15

Dry I think these are the Jimmies. Wearing them ATM with this Oliver Bonas T and blue M&S cashmere cardi. Will put on grey leather converse when we go out.

Hope everyone has a lovely day.

shopafrolic · 25/05/2014 10:05

Phew - got my money back - but only just! Less fees I'm probably around £20 out so not bad going I suppose.
