and you have made me very happy by saying Gap real straight are your fav jeans. I've been worried all this time because, honestly, I try other styles, and feel I should spend more on jeans, but I just feel me in my GRStraights. Smile

AmberNectarine · 23/05/2014 21:31

I'm not as good as shop, but here's a photo!

Those shoes are gorgeous santa!

Glad you like the TS tile print skinnies. I love them too.

Thanks liberty! Those Jimmies are my first love

AmberNectarine · 23/05/2014 21:33

Love both pairs santa, you must have a really fantastic shoe collection!!

Drywhiteplease · 23/05/2014 21:36

Well done Santa fab.
Amber love it. you going to try it with the Boden silver shoes of torture sling backs ? Or too matchy?

LinusDKD · 23/05/2014 21:37

Gosh santa those are to die for!

Love the new Wang amber! Great versatile colour.

dry I don't want to generalise but British men usually don't know how to do 'off duty' dressing.

santamarianovella · 23/05/2014 21:37

Grin at dry ,
dh looks so good in suits, and sportswear, but on the weekends he is lost! He dresses like his dad,

MarshaBrady · 23/05/2014 21:40

Santa fabulous! Love those.

Amber brilliant bag.

AmberNectarine · 23/05/2014 21:41

I buy all DH's clothes. It's the only way.

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2014 21:41

Love my gap straights too. Although has anyone found they have become slightly skinnier in their fit than they used to be?

santa love the flat rock studs.

dry my dh is a bit like that too. He buys lovely shirts for work but by weekends/holiday he doesn't seem to care what he looks like. He has been thinking about what to pack though for our night out next week though bless him (going away with my parents so we will have a night out for his birthday).

Anyway, I really am going to bed now and not get sidetracked by you guys. Will report back on peppa pig world Grin

santamarianovella · 23/05/2014 21:54

Love the mini wang amber ,its so "you"

Glad the shoes got good reviews, not the most practical purchases, but good shoes can make any outfit work, and as I didn't receive a matches code, thought I would use the other one before it expires,
Have fun queen ,

libertychick · 23/05/2014 21:56

Gorgeous bag Amber and amazing shoes X 2 Santa.

Of course the other truth of non elastane jeans is that they give one no room to avoid the fact that one is just a teeny bit fatter than one usually is oh well, hoping a week of exercising every day on hols will get me back on the straight and narrow - a few weeks of full on work and study has allowed some bad habits to creep back in.

Have a great time to all the fellow holiday makers. I'm bringing my dongle in case the wifi at the holiday home doesn't work!!

QueenC my kids have been exactly the same this week except its dd2 who is 7 and ds who is 3. I am not sure how I have made it to Friday tbh. DH was away a couple of nights too which did not help. I hope they behave on holiday next week. Marsha we are off to Turkey.
Santa amazing shoes love em both.
Amber gorgeous bag great colour.
Shop Grazia have 30% off in Gap atm. I got this jumper today. Much nicer irl and the perfect shade of grey for me.
www.gap.co.uk/browse/product.do?cid=1003817&vid=1&pid=000960194003
I have laid out my clothes for next week and think I may have too much
8 trousers which are an assortment of chinos and printed trousers
13 tops - a cotton or linen top for day and a silk shirt for eve
4 pairs footwear i.e sandals espadrilles and pumps
sounds like a lot but does not take up too much room so should I take it all to give me more choice? or am I going way overboard?

libertychick · 23/05/2014 23:20

You could probably get away with fewer items Justa but if it's not taking up too much space then why not? Do you like to have lots of choice?

My-wardrobe have sent out a £50 off a £100 spend code - I clicked on the T&C's and 80, yes 80, brands are excluded from the promotion - what is the point of that? Confused

justasecond · 23/05/2014 23:32

Thats a bit of a cheek Lib maybe you can unearth something good though? I got the 40% sale preview but nothing really stood out.
I am taking a lot of stuff that I don't usually get a chance to wear much either due to weather or lack of evening social life! Will have a rethink in the morning better to streamline it a bit I think.

libertychick · 23/05/2014 23:37

I CBA to hunt through Justa lazy

libertychick · 23/05/2014 23:38

Oh if anyone does want the code let me know and I'll forward the email.

MarshaBrady · 24/05/2014 06:19

Novice now I'm wondering, what did you say?

Ds is waking so early, bizarre, he's always slept like a log until 8. He has very thick curtains in his room too. Out tonight, hope I don't look too tired.

Drywhiteplease · 24/05/2014 06:48

Me too Novice
Today I'm wearing;
Zara jacketand
black slim trousers22 andthese because my Boden ones hurt too much grey merino boxy crew neck sweater ove long sleeved whits t shirt! Paul smith scarf and this bag Disco would be better but too small. Off to ILs . It's amazing how much stuff my new orange zara jacket goes with.
Have a great holiday Justa. If you have the space take it all Smile

Turquoiseblue · 24/05/2014 06:55

Same here Marsha- dd is awake since 6.20, she s now snuggled back asleep with her bunny in between dh and I, but I m wide awake.
Linus - I love the sound if the yellow t and harems (and ice cream),Smile used have a long dungaree dress when I was in uni (wore with skinny crop top.... Pre dc days) .couldnt go back there !
Santa - at the shoes.
Fed up, if you have space and luggage allowance, I get wanting the choice and the excuse to dress nicely and wear stuff you can't wear usually.
I am a terrible packer, you should see my suitcase for this weekend
Have emailed me and em to find out wait times for the jumpsuit.

Decameron · 24/05/2014 08:12

I read those long list of exclusions on My-Wardrobe's T&Cs yesterday as they are being quite slow to refund me for the Michael Kors shirt (which was huge!). I noticed they say Burberry is excluded but I got 40% off my new bag and have £50 coming in loyalty codes so I'm a fan.

Linus, your link takes me to the DP home page too but have just realised I'd better not order anything else before we move and it's lashing so no need for summer dresses today! Eve on AWO has a post about dungarees today, I like denim dungarees.

I'm waiting for the C des C and Me & Em sales now. :)

I like having the choice so if you can fit it all, why not, Justa. Hope you have a good time. And everyone else going away .... or staying here!

shopafrolic · 24/05/2014 08:24

Morning all.
Santa I adore those shoes. Your shoe collection is just stunning.
Amber the bag is awesome - looks great.
Dry I still haven't tried the dress on (sorry). It's raining and grey here, can't bring myself to get my legs out! Typical Bank Holiday weekend. I'll definitely try it on before the weekend is over.
Happy holidays to all you lucky Voguettes who are going away.

Decameron · 24/05/2014 08:26

Oh yes, Santa, the shoes are absolutely gorgeous.

BrandyAlexander · 24/05/2014 08:38

Morning all! Dry and Marsha, check your pmsBlush

Shop it's going to rain anyway so your lusciously long legs Envy won't be coming out anywhere I would have thought! I think I will be wearing a parka! (I am at CP for the weekend, I don't even pretend to do style).
