YY Linus re Madonna and the sinewy look, awful. Those yellow flats are lovely btw. I just love yellow.
Blair oh no, how did your sil cope with 3 months!!!? My letter says it will probably be 2 weeks but "may be longer".
Have told DH about it, he is in denial and thinks its something that can be got out of easily. Well he will just have to sort something out, can't argue with the law.

Did anyone get the Target Peter Pilotto sweatshirt? I placed a last minute order when there were only L's left. I really needed a M. It is v baggy around the shoulders and am just wondering if it will shrink when I wash it or if I should just stick it on ebay (Don't want to send it back to nap because of the restocking con charge. I really like it though and I am not usually one for designer collabs.

Bonsoir I suspect "muscly" just happens when you loose weight and exercise. I've never been big, but lost 18lb 2 yrs ago and hit the gym. I've always been pear shaped, with a little top, so when I lost the weight and started exercising my top half became really toned and a bit muscly, couldn't help it, it was "reasonable bum and hips and toned arms" or "soft edges

Drywhiteplease · 13/03/2014 22:12

I didn't really choose toned/muscly it just happened....

BrandyAlexander · 13/03/2014 22:13

You're welcome hon x

Drywhiteplease · 13/03/2014 22:16

Love the live shopping!
Haven't read a single page...friend popped round for a night cap Grin. Lovely bubble bath, now in my lovely clean sheets Smile
Amber I'm better now than in my teens too.

BrandyAlexander · 13/03/2014 22:43

Shooop! Good news for when you wake. They gave me a 25% discount! It was $51.Grin

libertychick · 14/03/2014 00:07

Novice have you just bought the camo sweater for Shop??

Marade ww is going ok. I tried 5:2 ages ago but it didn't suit me - started well but ran out of steam on it very quickly. I'll weigh myself on Saturday. Hope you and DS are ok.

Out for dinner tonight. Wore my blue tile print H&M skirt, black French connection T, Whistles biker jacket, new Zara sparkle scarf, black opaques and black ballet pumps. First outing for the DVF Milo Mini bag. My DH gets really cross about new handbags so I just left it by the door to avoid questions as he hadn't see it yet. Then DD(3) marches into the kitchen with it over her shoulder going 'Mummy, you got a new bag, I like it Mummy, did you buy it in a shop?' No shutting her up unfortunately Grin. Lots of eye rolling from DH and muttering about my negative influence on our young impressionable daughter - ah well!

Yes Turq it must be the upcoming weekend that has me checking out all the green!

Sleepwhenidie · 14/03/2014 07:43

Dry can I come and sit next to you on the hideous muscly bench? I think you look fantastic Smile. I do a lot of exercise, including lifting heavy weights, I love it and am actually proud of my muscles, they were hard won! I also think I have a better body now than ever before in my life but I'm not sure I could tell you, without checking photos, what my body was like in my teens. It certainly wasn't ballerina like though - I'm sure it was perfectly lovely but I was convinced I was hideously fat Sad. I should add that I don't think I look remotely like Madonna and have no Botox!

Outnet order is out for delivery, yay!

That's so funny that DD has new handbag radar Lib Grin. Good luck for the rugby, should be a great match, I'll be behind Ireland all the way.

Drywhiteplease · 14/03/2014 07:49

Grin sleep but I'm considering Botox .....so I could well be muscly and botoxed !!!!

liberty lol at your daughter. Your outfit sounds great.

Drywhiteplease · 14/03/2014 07:53

bonsoir I do think gentler exercise (perhaps Pilates, power walking) and sensible eating are the way to go long term though and achieve a softer shape. I just love the loony stuff right now, but not sure longterm whether my joints will hold out......don't think I'll be doing it in my 60s.

MarshaBrady · 14/03/2014 08:05

Sleep and Dry both look great.

I'm not keen on that Madonna sinewy look either. But don't think anyone here is similar.

I think my body was quite strong in 20s from years of dancing. I'm not keen on changing too much. I swam all through second pg and felt a bit shoulder-y so switched to running again. I run for the music / going faster high more than to build muscle (esp re legs).

My size is probably the same as twenties but bum is smaller (reduced in second pg!), legs thinner and tummy rounder. So manage the latter with non-bloating food. Plus not so young of course.

So Id say mid toned for me, any more and I feel too different.
