I ordered on Friday. Another order yesterday.

All of them still processing...

Ah CRAP - I got an email that my leopard boots size 39 have been cancelled - gutted as they were the thing I REALLY wanted in that order. Got an email confirming the cancellation and have replied stating how disappointed I am as when I ordered them on Friday they where showing 'in stock' not even 'low stock'. It's a bad service really.

I've just given them a call to ask them to clarify if goods which are still showing as 'processing' are likely to be fulfilled. He said he's unable to confirm as it means order is with the warehouse and could be at any stage between 'picking' or 'packing' so no indication at all. This does not sound hopeful as if the order was placed Friday and the warehouse haven't even looked yet there's not much hope is there?

I am well pissed off.

I paid for next day delivery and only received 1 out of the 2 things that I ordered.

Wahey!!! My parcel is on its way. I managed to get a £79 dress for £17.80 - and for some reason I haven't been charged for postage

Just received an email to say my parka has been despatched. I ordered that and the striped cashmere which was despatched yesterday at around 10am on Friday morning.

Ordered around 10am Friday too and got my email to say my parka, dress and bag have been dispatched.

I think it's a crapshoot at this point, frankly. Boden have form for this sort of thing. My first order, placed around 8.30am Friday, was received in full the next day (and I didn't pay for next day delivery, used a free post code). This included a stripy and an iris cashmere.

I then placed three further orders, two on Friday afternoon and one on Saturday evening, all of which are still "processing". I think once news of the 80% sale got around, their system just plain couldn't cope. And I think possibly part of the problem with "stock discrepancies" might have been to do with Ebayers placing bulk orders to sell the items on. I bet we will see loads of stripy and iris cashmere jumpers and leopard boots on Ebay over the next few weeks.

My first order has just been dispatched so there is hope for people who are still at the processing stage!

I wasn't expecting that at all, iris cashmere, Lois skirt and wool skater. Still waiting on the moleskin duffle and the bistro crops.

Had also given up hope but my parka are amazingly now dispatched and on their way. Ordered around 11am on Friday.

I expected mine to be cancelled as I ordered late but it seems ure random re. timings and what got cancelled which is terribly unfair. I would expect them to operate first come, first served instead of such random-ness.

My first order, Anouk dress, Heritage jumper and shorts for DD, has been dispatched now. It was the subsequent leopard print boot order that was cancelled. The stock system must have gone into meltdown after Mumsnetters got on the case...

Just got dispatch email for the first order I placed. Boyfriend jeans, boots and ballet flats which I ordered around 1pm on Friday. So, just waiting to see if I'll get my 3rd order of slippers. 2nd order was the cancelled cashmere.

Two of mine have been despatched. The first cashmere stripey order was cancelled on Saturday morning. My second cashmere stripey order (bigger size as that's what was left), is still 'processing'.

I was very happy with a load of stuff for the kids - trousers for my son and daughter, velvet shorts, lovely hats and scarves, and some work dresses for me at silly prices. I was tempted by the knitwear but realistically have enough and have loads of coats. very grateful to whoever posted on Friday morning, I had just enough time to order £400 worth of stuff for £100 before going away for the weekend and had it all waiting for us when we got back

I think whoever mentioned ebayers upthread got it right.

I've just had a peek on ebay and there's a navy size 16 cosy parka listed yesterday (ie what I ordered) for £84.99. It was £33 in the clearance.

Frankly, they can fuck off to the far side of fuck.
