I think the sale prices reflect what the clothes are actually worth, anyway. I certainly won't be ordering anything at almost 300% more either on ebay or from Boden directly.

They should stop people making mass orders, it's unfair. I know it's first come first served and all of that, but if people are ordering very early on and can't get their items then it's unfair.

Agree LadyMary - surely there should be some sort of limit when the prices are reduced so much. You see this in other shops - shouldn't be too hard for Boden to do.

Agreed. I couldn't even buy more than four packs of J20 Sparkle Berry at New Year because they had a limit on the buy one get one free offer!!

Boots on eBay for £64.99! I'm not paying that. Gutted as had been looking at them for weeks undecided. Belt and hat and mittens plus two pairs of canvas shoes for ds2 have been despatched though.

I've given up hope now. Ordered fri morning and no further emails since order confirmation one. Still showing as processing.

Oh, J20 Sparkle Berry! We got around that by buying the maximum for each delivery (one a week but not to sell, we love them). There's still a few bottles in the kitchen.

Ruby ring them as there will be a problem with your card. The usually hold the order until they rectify it. They had my number wrong and the order has been dispatched.

I'm wondering if small orders got dispatched and huge orders (ebayers?) got cancelled.

Mine is coming and totals only 2 items, yet I ordered at 11.30am on Friday, way later than people who ordered first thing in the morning with big orders who found them cancelled or half-cancelled.

We need a mumsnetter who works in Boden dispatch to let us in on the inside knowledge

The shoes I ordered are still showing as in stock. TBH I am really only bothered about them now. I ordered the Westbourne jumper in pink to brighten up the wet, dreary days. Now that is showing as a 10 week wait. The jumper I really wanted is cancelled.

I have just checked and my account says despatched ... I ordered a scarf and a stripey cashmere jumper at 12.10 on Friday.

I only ordered two items too and one of them was cancelled. So annoying.

I've just had despatched emails for two orders I made yesterday, cable sweaters in different colours, the bistro crops I ordered on Friday are still processing but are still showing in stock so I am hopeful.

yes I ordered some boots but they are non existent, also had a beautiful bag that disappeared out of my virtual shopping bag as I wasn't quick enough to complete order
