Mines all still processing, I ordered before 12 on Friday lunchtime. One item already cancelled, just hoping the rest dispatches soon.

Ordered some boys pyjamas, some of the slippers and some slipper boots. Paid about 25 quid as opposed to 100

Size 39 boots cancelled. Did they ever actually have any of the bloody things in stock, or was it just a pretty picture to put on their website?!

Still no cancellation email but items are still 'processing' and none of the items in stock now.

I'm a bit annoyed now as my order is still 'processing' but when I went back to the website to look at them again they're out of stock. I'm guessing that this means I won't get them, but I'd like to know one way or the other because there are other things I could order if I can't get these.

Come on Boden - give us an answer!

My boots arrived yesterday having ordered them at 3pm Friday not tried them on yet as not back until tomorrow. Will let you know if they don't fit

Interested to see how this thread progresses!!! Another leopard skin boot orderer here disappointed. Size 40. Order placed at midday on Friday.

Has anyone had the boots in this clearance? Would be interested to see how early you ordered? Just nosy like ... And to add fuel to my cross email that I would like to send!

And I am cross as I'd been hankering after these boots from when I first saw them and was giddy with excitment at seeing them in clearance!

Just had an email cancelling the shift dress I ordered but then another saying all other items despatched.

If I don't want any of my size 5 shoes or size 12 clothes I will re-post here

smokey I ordered the leopard boots just before lunchtime Friday. Not had cancellation email didn't order anything else. Acc to Hermes they're on their way.

If you check their FB page they've done this about 2-3 years ago and 1 customer like me also thought it was a ploy to encourage traffic to their site!

Hmmm Helloboys. Interesting theory! I did order two other items (modern Breton and bistro crops if anyone interested!) and these are on their way. I have posted on their FB page too as it seems that these boots are a bone of contention with many orders.

I ordered the boots around 10am on Monday and they arrived yesterday but I paid for next day delivery (only for the convenience of them arriving on a Saturday when I'm not at work as its a pain to go to the depot)

Still processing, but both items are out of stock on the site. I hope that means they are out of stock because they are sitting in a box waiting to be sent to me Grin

Tee hee, my leopard boots are dispatched! Along with the shift dress. But I ordered before 8am on Friday, so was always hopeful. I didn't order next day delivery and they were still showing as processing this morning, but now they are on their way!!

My first order has long last been dispatched. It includes the striped cashmere jumper. They took the money off me straight away if that helps. I'm kicking myself about the sizes. I've ordered the total wrong lengths for the skirts.

I ordered the cashmere jumper in striped and Iris at 8:15 on Friday but the order is still showing as processing. I reeeeeeeeeally want them and am gutted to see that there have been so many problems with orders. What are my chances?

That's weird. I placed my first order at 9.50 and it arrived yesterday morning including stripey cashmere.

Leopard boots were ordered at 11.45 and despatched the same day, allegedly.

Three items ordered on Friday - only 1 is despatched, the stripey cashmere! I orderd the size 10 and am now worrying it will be a bit snug...2 other items are still processing, (skinny jeans and a johnnie b jumper for my DD) all ordered at the same time, one is still in stock so hopeful its on the way. Also just ordered the pink westbourne jumper reduced from 69 to an incredible 13.80, which is showing availability in 10 weeks time - isnt that a bit weird??

I think if you paid for next day delivery you are more likely to get full order. Lesson learnt for future.
