Long hair to pixie cut, yey or ney?

Have name changed, fed up of my long hair weighing me down, it's not in great condition any more, I never get a chance to dry and style it and I wear it up in a messy bun every single day.
So considering going for the chop, have an appt booked for Monday, do I go for a pixie cut and will it be easier to manage (have two under three and NO time for myself ever!!) anyone ever regretted doing this?

I have the picture of Shannyn Sossomann on my Pinterest hair board but had no idea who she was.

Hope your new hair is fab.

HeirToTheIronThrone · 10/02/2014 13:54

Yes! I went from shoulder length to Frankie-from-The-Saturdays - that would suit you too, with a sweeping fringe.

I literally cringe when I see photos of me with long hair now, I look so much better!

I LOVE it, such a liberating feeling having all that big heavy hair chopped off, good luck bottersnike you will feel amazing! Really chuffed although I know it will be all fluffy and awful tomorrow morning but will hopefully take minutes to style.
