Chanel Bags...

Hello....not a stealth boast, more of a quick, help me not look like a chav....

A friend of mine is in handbag shop right now. He's just text me saying would I prefer a "Chanel Quilted Caviar leather Flap bag" in black, red, white or gold.

What do I have? Discounted red as I have a red Lulu Guiness clutch. Is white chavtastic? Do I go classic black, or nudey gold? Both I have loads to match, outfit wise. Help quickly please!!!! What's best?

Googled them...I presume it's the small one. He doesn't know me that well to spend loads.

Yes surely if 'good things happen to good people' and you so strongly believe that you should be planning on giving away both bags to a charity shop/passed by and really make their day - that would be a whole world of good karma right there.

I saw some gypsies trying the black GST on a couple of weeks ago. Plus plenty of other people love them. That's why I reckon you'll ebay it easily. Knock £600-£700 off the RRP and it will fly off leaving you with £900 or so after fees.

As one of the "little people" with no chanel bags but a firm moral compass who does not offer my time for baubles, I still don't feel the need to email photos to strangers every time I take a NetJet. And I vouch for Amber Nectarine and her PMs, because I'm one of the ones who emailed her. You seriously underestimate a lot of the ladies here and their earnings / lifestyle. You think you're unique to it because you're the only one who brags. To use the analogy from upthread, it's a little more Bottega to Chanel. It's Kate Moss for Rimmel 001, I believe. I have lost it so can't check the number for absolutely certain but is def KM - comes in bright red tube. Is v good but a little drying to make sure you moisturise!

He turned up with Calvin Klein bangles and earrings (bit crappy if I'm honest, but will do for school run etc) a pretty Swarovski watch, some sparkly Uggs, which the magpie in me loves, some Chanel Coco Noir, and we ordered me some Dubarry Galways too.

Pop them up on some white bed linen, with a wee note saying "SugarHut 9/1/14". Not outing you any more than listing them already did?

I did think about keeping the black one, and giving the little gold one to life if I really dislike it...

I do like those uggs. I quite fancy a sparkle silver pair. I will do it one year.

The silver ones are nicer I think. I just like anything that sparkles lol. Mmmmm...tinfoil

Although...they're reaaaaaaaaaaaaallly stiff to get on and off, guessing that will ease with wear. Only had experience of the suedey ones a few years ago.

I've only got the standard gigs too. I live in them at this time of year. The sequins will look great with the GST. I reckon give it a carefull go before deciding to get rid.
