Have fun marsha! A picture of you 'in action' would be great.

shop So happy you love the coated skinnies, you looked great in them!

mig where have you been! I've missed reading your thoughts/opinions on fashion.

decam househunting is soo stressful, I know. Impressive shopping though!

dry that is a gorgeous coat. I wish I could wear camel because it is such a chic colour.

And well done on Master Dry. I wonder what sports DS is going to do later.

We are thinking about taking him skiing this winter so he'll go to one of these ski classes for toddlers. We are still looking for a family friendly ski resort in Switzerland though.

This afternoon I caught him trying on my boots. He loved the Jalouse and he walked around in them without a problem. Then he moved onto the bikers, some over the knee suede boots he couldn't get on and then he insisted I take off the Colts so he could try them on.

Should I be worried? Wink

My Equipment shirt should arrive tomorrow but I will probably be oit of the house so I'll have to pick it up from the post office on Saturday morning. Very excited, I really hope it looks good because I have wanted one for ages.

marsha one of the allwornout ladies posted today about a birthday party she organised with a jungle/animal theme. She has lots of great ideas and I remembered you were thinking of the same them for your DS as well, no?

I might even do the same for DS in Januari.

Linus what is your DS' birth date? It would be weird if our sons had the same birthdays and so did we?!
I've just had a long soak in a candlelit tub with gorgeous smellies and a face peel - bliss.
Before Marsha and I finalise plans for the 7th - could anyone else join us?
Still undecided about that sweater - can't tell from the pic about the sleeves

Have fun, Marsha.

Great buy on the shirt, One.

I love those Equipment shirts, Linus.

Foxy, it is this one, I got 30% off with the code GOCON, I had thought I would return it as it is still too expensive but it is so lovely I have to keep it! If it goes half price soon I will cry. I made £100 on ebay earlier this week so that took the sting out of it.

Hi everyone, welcome back Mig and Decam!

Decam I don't want to cause confusion and in the past I would have agreed with Foxy on Allsaints sizing but recently I've tried on 8's (usually fine) but found them a bit snug on the bust and 10 has been better. Depends on your bust/shoulders and the top Foxy is definitely on the smaller side of an 8 whereas I am on the other Grin. I'd be happy to look at your food diary as I've done for Shop, One and Liberty if you'd like? Calorie counting is soul destroying, I may be able to make some suggestions that you'd find easier and more sustainable...

Marsha I can't wait to see your pic.

Bath sounds nice Shop, I am disgustingly sweaty and smelly after a brutal kickboxing session. I can't wait for DC's to go to sleep so I can shower!

Hello all, am sending this despatch from ds2's floor - he is sick with bad cold, cough and temp and waking repeatedly. Long night ahead.

Welcome back mig, I also missed your fashion thoughts.

Shop, love those skinnies on you. Such a nice feeling when you make a great purchase!

Marsha, look forward to seeing your outfit.

I can't join you on the 7th. Frustrating as if I was still in London only a bus ride away.

One very good that you are so ahead with Xmas shopping. I am taking the decam approach at the mo. Great purchases. I am looking forward to the me and em sale.

Liberty this is re your bag quandary so about three threads out of date, but have you looked at ally capellino? Just that mcq you pinned was similar.

Just a quick hello from me! Busy getting organised for dh and I to go off to centre parcs tomorrow for our anniversary. Feeling v guilty at leaving dc for 3 nights. But we definitely need some couple time.

The coast clutch arrived and is lovely. Satin but not mother of the bride satin iyswim. Just need to see whether I can fit my stuff in without ruining the shape (I don't go anywhere without hand cream!).

I've briefly looked at all your links but haven't got time to comment. Feeling stressed and overwhelmed (as well as guilty). Hormones all over the place and period/pmt/ headaches again after only 2 weeks Angry. Struggling with the dc too as can't seem to keep their behaviour under control. Aaaaghhhh, just ignore me and get back to lovely fashion chat....

Thanks Sleep, that would be much appreciated. I've only been keeping track for two days, how much should I do before I send it to you. I am on the flat chested side (ahem!). I've never tried All Saints before. Foxy, yes please, if you could check the sizing if you see it that would be great.

Happy anniversary, QueenC and hope you feel better soon.

Well done to your DS, Dry!

A week of bugs and viruses here too, have been reading but no posting or shopping. Fell in love with the dvf dress but by the time I dithered over it my size was sold out so will be stalking site for returns from next week. Did manage to order the grey cashmere blend cowl neck sweater that I pinned ages ago, it was down to £39 so thought worth a go. Oh also bought the charcoal cashmere blend pj's for lounging that DMBL40 featured during the recent 20% off but the rise is so low they're going back if I ever get a day when one of them is not off school/nursery.
Have spent hours online this week looking for a slouchy navy bag, will do a separate post I think but let me know if you have any ideas.

Poor DS2 mrsr! How old is he? I really hope the night is not as bad as you think it will be.

When the DC are ill and I have to get up several times a night it reminds me again of the fact I really don't do sleep deprivation well.

queenc (((hugs)))
It is really too much for you to be suffering so much and so often/long with pmt.

Please don't feel guilty about having some couple time. You and DH need it and your DC will enjoy being spoiled by whoever is looking after them.

So enjoy yourself, get pampered and above all, enjoy eating in peace and quiet without DC to feed/coax into feeding themselves.

I forgot to mention that I bought myself an advent calendar. Not a chocolate one but the Ciaté nail varnish advent calendar.

I remember last year Lisa Eldridge mentioned it on her Christmas presents blog and when I saw it in the shops this week, I couldn't resist buying it.

Can't wait for Sunday!

hey MrsR and Decam, keep a diary for about 5 days (be honest!) all you eat and drink, at what times and anything worthy of note re mood, energy levels at particular times too. Also any health concerns you may have and any supplements you take. Decam* I don't mind if you send me your 'diet' diary but I'd rather know what you eat normally, what you enjoy. So if you do the diet diary let me know what's different from normal. When they are ready pm me for my email address Smile

Have a lovely time QueenC, a bit of time just you and DH will be good for the DC's too, honestly Smile

Hope your night isn't too bad MrsR. How are you settling in?

Re horrendous PMT, I am happy to suggest diet stuff for that too, but Shop, it will likely be more of a challenge than my earlier suggestions, depends how badly you want to address it...Queen weren't you considering hysterectomy? Maybe try food first, sounds crazy I know, but perhaps worth giving it a chance, surely less drastic (or perhaps not, it may involve cold turkey on the chocolate for a bit Wink...just a suggestion of course.

What about a Marc by MJ Natasha bag, Ruby, if you don't mind the lining? They do it in navy. I have a pink one and it is lovely leather and slouchy. Very very tempted to buy a black one. I liked that dress, hopefully it will come back in stock.
