Large tan handbag... Again

I need something large (A4 notebook large), leather, shoulder, under £200 and tan, or at least partly tan.

ALL ideas gratefully received- have grown sick of trying to find one!

Some nice Radley ones in the sale section here.

I got this one when Boden was stacking codes last week and it's fab in RL. Wouldn't really work for A4 files though but great leather and a good size for £57 for anyone else looking (tho up to £95 now for some strange reason?). The Brown version is down to £60 and doesn't look much different TBH.

I think even with a family contribution, I can't really afford the Grosvenor. I was already saving for a DVF dress which I'll never get at this rate.

But the 20% off sounds good... Will also check out the sale section. I wonder if they'll reduce it after Christmas?

That Boden one is nice, but not a proper shoulder bag IYSWIM. Want something a bit more structured and less slouchy.

Oooh, dingdong- DINGDONG.

I LOVE this. Maybe a bit more than the Grosvenor? How big is an A4 folder?

Will it work?

Please say yes. Even if you're lying.

I like that. DH says it bigger than A4 but think you'd struggle to get more than A notepad in. Wonder if anywhere round me stocks it, would like a poke at it.

HalleLouja · 26/10/2013 17:55

The one you linked to the Newbridge one is nicer than the Grosvenor.

Reese123 · 26/10/2013 18:18

Hi, there is a mid season sale on the Radley site, you can filter by colour and there are a lot of bags around the £100 mark.

www.radley.co.uk/sale/shopby/tan/
Not quite the one you want, but at least you would be getting a good quality bag

tethersend · 26/10/2013 18:48

Glad you think so too, Halle- I've ordered it. I'm not sure if the colour will be as in the main pic or the detail pics, it seems slightly different in each.

Will report back.

Thanks Reese, I did Grin

Turkey, let me know if you see it before mine arrives.

Look at the Temple Beam bag in Clark's.

tethersend · 26/10/2013 19:07

Not keen on that at all, Captain. I do like this one though.

Sorry to jump on this thread but a while back on mn there was a possibly British smallish company that made gorgeous bags. I have only heard of them on mn and now can't remember what they are called.

cardamomginger · 26/10/2013 19:14

Ooo That Radley one is nice! And pricey...

tethersend · 26/10/2013 19:39

Was it Peony and Moore, Halle?

tethersend · 26/10/2013 19:40

Sorry sugar, it's not. Too shiny.

Thanks lotsof, but again, I think I want something more structured. I'm hoping the radley bag is good!
