Bra experiences post Mumsnet fitting guide!

Just thought I 'd enquire where everyone was at post Mumsnet fitting expertise!
I have went from a 34D to a 32F or a 34EE.
When I look at my old bras they just look ridiculously( sp) wrong.
I cannot understand how I could not have been aware of this !!
My clothes sit better , my boobs are pert.
I look like less of a sausage shape as I have no defined waist.
The only downsize is that I have gone from the pretty bra range to the bigger and not always gorgeous Bras!
I was recently in the states and Victoria Secreat had only 4 bras in an EE cup and they did not go any bigger than that!
So any suggestions for gorgeous larger bra stockists are welcome ! And guidance on the fit of the bras too !

How are the cups on your 36E? I'd suggest on measurements looking at 34F/FF

They are looking a bit empty at the top (and I scoop so have no escaping back boob). Will pop into Debenhams and give that size a go. Thanks x

Actually, I've just checked and they are 38E.. No wonder they are on the tightest setting - make is Curvy Kate

They could be gaping because of the cup but it could also be that the back is far too loose so they are kind of collapsing forwards due to the lack of support.

Ok my cleos have arrived...

Juna 28F and 30E both much too big in the cup. 30 too big in the back. 28DD seems to for quite nicely although some underarm fat Blush

Lucy in 30DD. I really like the style of this but the band and cup are too big.

Marcie 28E. The band on this feels tight but I can still pull it away from me. Cup seems to fit nicely. Still a bit of underarm fat. 30E too big in back and cup.

Think I will keep the Marie 28E and Juna 28DD, I probably could do with an E but I'm not sure I have it in me to get another one sent out!

StatisticallyChallenged · 11/09/2013 12:32

have you scooped - the underarm fat belongs in the cup really.

SpottyTeacakes · 11/09/2013 12:38

Yes lots of scooping Blush

Have gone from 38B to 34E. A box came from Bravissimo the other day one is fine but the other two I have sent back in exchange for a smaller cup size.

Very impressed with the free postage on exchanges for Bravissimo!

My new bra though, omg I feel like I am putting everyone's eyes out. My nipples are where I always thought they should be when I used to pull at the straps and cup fabrics on the 38bs. Am disgusted with M&S that I have spent donkeys years with sideways downwards pointing boobs when they could have been pointing forwards and up all this time.

Years ago when fitting me (over an ill-fitting 36A) for a 38B the 'fitter' (and I use that term as loosely as the backsize I ended up with) at M&S gleefully told me that the correct size bra could make someone drop a dress size.

Well I can confidently report that my new Bravissimo does exactly that. Shame on you M&S making me look like a middle aged pudding 20 years before I needed to.
