I think it hides sins Umlauf but the skirt is polyester - not sure if you mind that? I love the Chinti one and have eyed that up in the past in a different colour way.

Right, I've been thinking all day about shopping no shit and low end would be Gap,Uniqlo and H and M . I buy a lot of basics from these shops.
I don't go bonkers high end tbh, just copy looks I see in high st shops most of the time.
Matches, LK Bennet, R and Bromley. Although not high end Warehouse and Oasis I do well in, they fit me.

Well.......I couldn't wait naughty me so I've started my A/W colour blocking for work shopping.

Great ideas Dry purple skirt is gorgeous....hmmmm...I have been hankering after a navy Cos skirt but purple would give some new options...

Shop if you are near a radio there is a programme on ATM about the Manchester scene on Absolute Radio 90's

OneLittleLady · 26/08/2013 21:31

Love the purple skirt dry I can see it looking fab with pink.

Umlauf · 26/08/2013 21:32

I've ordered the chinti&parker one and the whistles one :-) thanks for all the help, I'll feed back soon!

shopafrolic · 26/08/2013 21:35

Sounds good Umlauf. I keep considering the Whistles one myself so do let us know how it is.

Dry - Great COS skirt. That has got to be the most flexible separate.

UMlauf Very envious of the Balenciaga Museum. We are going to Seville then driving around for a bit in October before flying on to Germany to see my baby niece and older niece. Don't suppose Balenciaga will be found there but hoping to score some Loewe or similar leather accessories. Love the smell of a Loewe store. As a Spanish resident, can you recommend some other good Spanish leather goods?

Foxy Good to hear from you and you sound chipper.

One See how things go re sleep, it may just be a glitch but go see the GP if the sleepiness doesn't resolve. You might need your meds tweeking/checking. Take care of yourself.

Drywhiteplease · 26/08/2013 21:38

Of course it may all look crap and have to go back! But I'm a glass half full girl so Im hopeful!

Drywhiteplease · 26/08/2013 21:39

Shop I might over excite the gorillas in some of those colour combos! Will stick to khaki on day trips to the zoo

shopafrolic · 26/08/2013 21:43

I only said zoo because of Amber's comment about her neon parka being spottable (real word?).

OP posts:
OneLittleLady · 26/08/2013 21:44

I will mig last time it happened I did need my meds adjusting as one of them wasn't working for me like it should so I will keep an eye on it and see how it is over the next week or so.

Anyone else think it's really humid tonight?

Drywhiteplease · 26/08/2013 21:46

Loved Ambers zebra shoes for trip to zoo

BrandyAlexander · 26/08/2013 21:52

Hi everyone! Busy day on the threadSmile I have been rocking Center Parcs chic today Hmm. If ever there was an oxymoron!

shopafrolic · 26/08/2013 21:53

Loving your Pins Novice - can see the house excitement is building!

OP posts:
Drywhiteplease · 26/08/2013 22:07

Grin Novice CP chic....love it.

Drywhiteplease · 26/08/2013 22:09

Oh and I will need support from you all....tomorrow is the start of the work on our house......I don't do dust, may find this a tad challenging!

mignonette · 26/08/2013 22:15

Good on you One. it's been muggy here but I am of a certain age Wink
....

Dry Good luck w/ the house. May the dust be light. Spraying lightly w/ a plant spray can help reduce dust stir up in corners etc. Beg, steal or borrow as many old sheets as you can and double drape laying one sheet obliquely so they cover the area slightly differently. Less likely to scatter settled dust onto furniture/paintwork if a builder displaces them.

Dry go to the zoo in neon and give those poor animals a bit of excitement. Wink

BrandyAlexander · 26/08/2013 22:24

Thanks Shop, I am so excited! Currently very house obsessed!

How is this for irony? Dd told me she wants to share a room with her brother (they don't know about the new house yet) as she likes sharing when we go on holiday. Also ds sleeps better (we think!) so they will be sharing in the new house.Shock

mignonette · 26/08/2013 22:27

Sweet. Novice I chose to share w/ my sister until i was 14. No need, just wanted to.

Drywhiteplease · 26/08/2013 22:28

That's sweet Novice . Think little kids like to share......I think it's a bit scary all own your own sometimes.

BrandyAlexander · 26/08/2013 22:30

Oh good luck Dry!

BrandyAlexander · 26/08/2013 22:37

Dry, I think you're right. Just wish we had cottoned on sooner. i shared with my sister until i was 18 and went to uni. It was fun at first, i hated it as a teenager so think thats what made me put them in separate rooms.

OneLittleLady · 26/08/2013 22:44

I shared with my sisters right up until I was 15. Had no choice about it but it was bearable Grin
