A well fitting, smart/sexy and preferably push-up bra size 38A... impossible???

I am sooo fed up with trying to find a well fitting bra, preferably nice looking and adding a bit of "volume" in my size...
I'm starting to feel like a freak!
Am i really the only person in the world with really small breasts and a slightly larger ribcage?
Every bra I find is either too tight around my chest or has gaping cups. I need a wired one as any others leave me looking completely flat-chested.
Any suggestions of shops or online retailers would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to jump in. I've just measured. Between 28 and 29 underneath and 33 round the boobs. Marks and Sparks got me in a 34 Aa. Is this wrong? Am despairing at all the confusing braness!!!! X

Blimey! 32E/F or 34DD/E! I'll have a trying on session when I go into town later in the week.

Thanks TravelinColour! I've spent most of life thinking I have no boobs because of the bra size I wear!

Can I just say a huge thank you to the Bra Ladies Flowers

I was on a previous thread and had been wearing a 34 DD but I never felt comfortable. After giving my measurements, which I now can't remember, I was adviced to try a 30 FF. I thought you must be absolutley madGrin

Next time I was in John Lewis the bra advisor recommended panache bras. I tried on a 30FF and oh my word!! I have never felt so comfy with a bra on and im 47. Thank you very much.

People also keep commenting on my amazing, pert bosoms.

And I rather like it!!

When you talk about measuring the widest part when you are leaning forward, are you supposed to be at a 45 or 90 degree angle?

If I bend forward at 45 I measure 30 under boob and 36 widest boob
Measuring at 90 degrees makes me 30 and 38 Hmm I wear a 32 c or 34 b

Thanks, need new bras as current ones aphave gone saggy and limp!

StatisticallyChallenged · 29/06/2013 19:39

dharma as close to 90 as possible so try a 30ff

Which (and having read the thread I know is not necessarily the case) sounds massive and I'm tiny in the boob department - when I lean forward it's all just basically empty saggy skin

I will try one though, off to look online

And thank you !!

Ladies!! My beloved Cleo Marcie is getting a bit stretched.
I measure 29" at the moment around my ribcage (actively trying to lose weight). Please tell me which brands have tight fitting bands and which ones are a bit looser, if you know. I just don't want to order an enormous amount of bras to try on, really, and would rather know whether to go for a 28 or a 30.

Also I have slightly close fitting boobs so Cleo and Panache are actually quite painful sometimes with their wide gore. How wide is the centre gore in Bravissimo bras?

velve bravissimo bras vary massively, they're totally different to most bras in that they have designed bras for lots of different shapes so they have different widths, depths, gores etc. How do you do with plunges?

Size me please
33 underneath and 41 at fullest point.
I'm in a 34 dd at the mo, but it is not right.
Thanks.

Hi, can I ask for advice too! Currently pregnant but pre preg always been measured at Mand S as a 36 AA. However, I have never ever found a bra that I feel fits, is comfy or looks remotely nice!
I have just measured and I am 35" under and 39" round - does this mean I should be wearing a 36D?
I am obviously clueless!!

coffee, 33 & 41 try 32g, 32ff, 34ff and 34f. 32 more likely

StatisticallyChallenged · 29/06/2013 20:05

telly try 34d, 34dd, 36d and 36c. and ignore any no wires in pregnancy advice it's balls as long as your bra fits wires are fine

Thank you so much statistically, I have an excuse to go shopping and maybe find a bra that is not a plain t-shirt bra which is all you seem to be able to get in a AA cup! This could be life changing!

Statistically umm, wide boobs. When I lean forward there is a large gap - inches - between each boob. I guess this is not normal?Blush

And I never thought I would be having this kind of conversation over t'internet with strangersSmile

Statistically can I ask you what I should be wearing.

Measurement underneath is 34 and then 39 learning forward.

Anything to help give me a waist!
