lol Shop on both posts. And too right Grin

Hopefully! you looked excellent.

(I have many flaws but not listing them for fear of people zoning in on the bad parts when we meet, then I move fast, drink champagne - or more likely a cheap substitute - and keep talking seems to work! Grin)

Travelin they are nice.

MarshaBrady · 30/04/2013 20:08

This isn't too expensive for a scarf MaxMara. I like it with the white tee and even the jeans. Scarves are on my not to buy list however as I never wear them.

foxysocks · 30/04/2013 20:33

i can't keep up on here!

my j crew tee is a S, i'm an 8 and it's perfect. slouchy. wouldn't go smaller or bigger. mine is a round neck rather than v.

have a matches code so they are front runners for my May spends.

Parisisalwaysagoodidea · 30/04/2013 20:45

Marsha I imagine you as tiny and tres elegant. What accent do you have? As for drinking too much, how much is too much?

I got the MUA pink lipstick, as recommended on here. It's a great colour and I'm wearing it now so I can look in the mirror every so often and get used to it. I don't usually wear lipstick so it's quite out there for me.

lol! I am not very elegant and definitely not tiny/ petite. Tallish. And my accent will undermine any ideas of polish. I was born in the UK and have lived here for 15 years but the australian accent has stuck like glue. In reverse direction my parents' British accent has stuck like glue for 30 years. Messy-ish blonde hair and freckles (dh just read this and asked if I was on a dating site Grin).

Drinking. Well I managed to by pass the lunch part and indulge in pure prosecco. Will be fun!

Isn't it strange how you build a picture of people when you can't see them. I have some very strange pictures of people on Mumsnet, usually based on their usernames!

I want to be tall and willowy so I can buy and wear that leather skirt I linked to earlier without looking like a total nob!

Drywhiteplease · 30/04/2013 21:29

Oh shop marsha and everyone else......fashion and booze, I have found my virtual home !Grin

Dress update ( you bored yet?) just shown DH both dresses on and guess what? Those 3 words every woman wants to hear..... " why don't you keep them both?!!!" Shock....rude not to Grin.....

shopafrolic · 30/04/2013 21:31

Yay Drywhite
DH and I met online dating. He says I lied on my profile. :)

Drywhiteplease · 30/04/2013 21:31

Ummmmm...that's 5 words isn't it? Jeez ! I meant " keep them both" and I teach little kids numeracy, there's no hope!

MarshaBrady · 30/04/2013 21:40

Lol Shop! He meant it in a nice way I hope.

Excellent Dry. They are my favourite words too Grin.

shopafrolic · 30/04/2013 21:45

I definitely didn't mention my partying ways Marsha, but then if I hadn't met him I'd have probably partied myself to death so I should be thankful! He lied about his height so I think we're quits Grin

Good Man Mr Drywhite!

Parisisalwaysagoodidea · 30/04/2013 21:52

Shop When I met DH his room was always immaculate when I stayed over. As soon as we moved in together he revealed his true colours as a filthy pig that I have to bitch at on a regular basis to tidy up!

I didn't mention my habit of eating anything in the house that contains sugar, even if it isn't mine

Loving all the chat and purchases. hopefully love the trainers and travel I like those converse-esque ones too.

Have just spent 4h in a&e with dc3 who has a probable fractured leg and now has a plaster on! She's remarkably happy though and sleeping peacefully, bless her.

Tell me lipstick wearers, do your lips get dried out? I've noticed in the past couple of days that mine have got all flaky. What's the best thing to use on them?

shopafrolic · 30/04/2013 22:02

OMG QueenC your poor DD! That sounds v scary - I hope you're all doing okay. Sounds as though a glass of wine is in order! I use Carmex on my lips every night, seems to help. My lips are in an awful state, I have a terrible habit of picking the skin on them so am expert in all things moisturising!!
