Sweetheart: delete the spreadsheet. It's really easy to lose perspective when you're so fixated on that goal weight and let the quest for perceived perfection (or even just 'happy with myself-ness') take over everything else.
If you enjoy exercising every night, fair enough. But if you're doing it purely to lose weight, and feel like you're missing out on family time because of it, maybe it's time to pull back a bit.
TBH you're probably the perfect weight as it is - 'skinny minnie' comments back that up! I know that's not the point, the important thing is how you feel about yourself, but it's maybe not healthy to think about food, exercise and calorie control to that extent.
Try not to worry about the funeral next week - yes, you might miss out on exercise and eat more than you'd planned to, but in the long wrong it'll make not one jot of difference. Try and choose the healthier bits from the wake buffet, and maybe have smaller portions at the evening family meal. But if you do gorge yourself, sod it, you can always make up for it the next day (though not by skipping lunch!)
Re the snacking at night - can you just keep healthy food in the house so you're not tempted? I know if I had chocolate or biscuits they'd be gone in an instant! Or have you got older DC who have other ideas?!
Anyway, I'll be over my calorie goal for today. I had a supposedly healthy snack of four dates, not realising the sneaky fuckers pack 25 calories each!
Haven't been able to get out for my daily walk, so dusted off The Shred, stuck it in the DVD player and managed half of it before giving up
. Think I'll do some vigorous housework instead.
