And the terrifying thing is I don't even know what sort of boots I want

I'm thinking biker replacements chunky and black

But I'm wondering if longer boots look a bit dated now

I'm also dithering about boots...have been looking at loads on line. Ordered this pair from Boden but too tight so have sent them back.

First year ever I am not getting any unless I find perfect flat pair. Am wearing my ash ones for 3rd year and my frye Alikes everyday. Am worried that all,ankle boots are starting to look loose women ish to me

I want flat black maybe biker. I like all different lengths and seem to be more drawn to shoes ATM. I need quite long for skirts otherwise looks odd on me. My ash ones are higher than ankle but are studded and so can only wear with certain things. I think biker always looks good and all the mumsy biker wearers have moved on to ankles Southey look cool again

There are nice bikerish boots on the Dr Martens website. I can't link though because I'm on my phone and don't know how. They are in the 'rugged' collection.
