im about to be a poor student so had a big spending spree a couple of weeks ago, the only thing i need is more knitwear. another month and i will get abit fidgety!

Marsha saw your Sessun pea coat today. I like a lot. Very good price too. I would go for the navy I think. Peacock a lovely colour, but difficult to style I think. Tried on the C/E leopard cords so I can order from Shopbop. I like them but they are very low rise. Hmmm.

Saw my must have bag for the season: the Rocco - have wanted one for ages so will either go on a spending amnesty for a couple of months or ask DH for it for my birthday. Either way, 'twill be mine.

I know I think the navy. I really like it, and think it would be quite good. But trouble is it won't be the Burberry and will that bother me? I'm going to look at the Burberry to sort it out.

Could the Burberry be a Xmas present from your parents? Then you could get the peacock Sessun.

I want a nice coat, but part of me says no point as the DC are still at the revolting stage. If I see one I like I will consider it, but not actively looking. Saw a lovely MaxMara but it was yellow, which is no go for me.

There's lots I fancy for AW The plan is not to buy very much though unless I see something I really like. I need to lose some weight, the diet starts Monday.

I need some slouchy knitwear to wear with skinnies and a blue cross body bag, but haven't seen anything I particularly like yet.

fritzi, I think Wendi's been looking at my Pins! I am still undecided over the cobalt or black Balenciaga, but will probably go black, and I just ordered coated j brands, but from shopbop for much less than that!
Haven't caught up, will do do now.

DonAna I'm useless with make-up, especially lipsticks, have never found one that suits me. As for perfumes, since Fracas' formula was changed, I only wear two - Miller Harris' Noix de Tubereuse and Chanel's Bois des Iles. My mother used to wear it and I do too, although at £200 a bottle (it never used to be so expensive) I buy it online from a lady who decants it and use it sparingly.
Anyway, I managed to secure two samples of Coco Noir today and think it's lovely, velvety and rather subtle, possibly their best perfume for quite sometime and am giving serious consideration about buying a bottle. Well, once my samples run out.
Love the idea of the cream Zatchel too. I want the saddle bag in that colour, I love light coloured handbags.

Today proved to be potentially lethal. I wasn't working as I worked through the Bank holiday, and had my hair cut. Went home via Fenwicks and fell in love with a pair of Kelsi Dagger ankle boots which had glitter on the back. But the biggest upset was seeing the most beautiful Max & Co coat. It's navy, my favourite colour and is pretty much the exact coat I've been seeking for quite some time. (I can't find a picture of it online) I'm actually seriously considering taking my Sessun coat back. In fact, it's pretty much the first thing I'm going to do tomorrow.
I really love Fenwicks, I don't know why I visit it so rarely, their top floor reminds me of Le Bon Marche.

Now I have to read back through the thread. I'm terrible at this!

shopbop. Usually things cost a lot less, worth checking. Also best to know your size first as it does cost to bring things into the UK. And sending it back means you've spent £20 odd on trying something on .

But if you know exactly what you are after it is good.
