I don't think we've already done this, but the weather is miserable today and it's freezing so I'm in the mood to compile my wishlist for autumn/winter. Lost a bit of weight since last year and ebayed all my old stuff so starting pretty much from scratch. After some inspiration really as don't have much on my list so far:

Barbour Kate or Bedale with Liberty print lining
Ankle boots (probably the Topshop pistol-a-likes)
Coloured skinnies - in deep wine/plum and maybe forest green
A silk blouse to go with skinnies (Whistles maybe)
An Alex Monroe necklace
An 'investment' bag - maybe a deer brown grainy Mulberry Lily
Going to knit myself a massive chunky snood, gloves and hat in some nice Rowan Merino
Nail polish in some nice autumny/wintry colours - what's in this year? (Saw a thing on greens in Grazia)

What's on your wishlist?

Thanks Kandy, they are close but the heel is not quite right

I had a good look at boots in town today. MrsCbs Office Marant-a-likes are sooo like the real thing but don't come in the lovely creamy shade. Saw the navy boots too, but the red zip is very prominent in RL.

I so much want to like the navy Jalouse, but the toe is not quite right.

I love the Acne Cypress, but it is too high for me.

this KG boot is lovely in RL

nice blue bag

noddyholder · 02/08/2012 19:00

swoon

noddyholder · 02/08/2012 19:03

colour lovely but too expensive for me!

MrsRobertDuvallHasRosacea · 02/08/2012 19:05

I amvery Envy because these lovely clothes do not cater for my size.....very tall with big narrow feet.
Just had the Crispins shoe catalogue £££££. Average price £150 for shoes.

Oh Bonsoir, you are just so chic.

MrsCampbellBlack · 02/08/2012 19:07

J Crew do larger shoe sizes MrsDuvall

CointreauVersial · 02/08/2012 19:09

MrsCB, nice though that bag is, and a gorgeous colour, there are 1,106 reasons why it is not the right bag for me.

The first reason is, I like to be able to carry it on my shoulder. I'm sure you can guess the other 1,105 reasons....Grin

Dexter - oooh, that's a lovely one, and more my budget. You are a bad influence.

MrsCampbellBlack · 02/08/2012 19:19

It does go over your shoulder - I tried it Smile

But seriously I think handbag prices are utterly crazy now. £500 still seems to me a lot of money for a bag and over £1k is just madness.

Was pretty though.

MrsCampbellBlack · 02/08/2012 19:21

j crew nice blue bag

dexter73 · 02/08/2012 19:23

We should go shopping together Cointreau Grin!!

AmberNectarine · 02/08/2012 19:26

Oh bag prices are mental, a bag in bloody Whistles, is 300 quid now. Yeah, yeah, you've had the Middy touch, but you're still a high street store...

lurkingaround · 02/08/2012 19:38

Yy, bag prices are mental.

However, I have been lusting after this baby for months. If wishing could make it so.....If I won the lottery.....

Price is completely nuts tho, for a bag. Hard to ever justify it. But I can dream.

MrsCampbellBlack · 02/08/2012 20:23

Now these are nice boots. Come on high street do your versions.

WhyTheBigPaws · 02/08/2012 20:48

Those Mulberry boots are stunning - even if I couldn't walk in them let alone afford them!

MrsRyanLochte · 02/08/2012 22:08

FYI if you sign up for the newsletter on style passport they give you a £30 discount code if you spend over £100 - could be a nice discount for those of you looking at jalouse etc (and amber they have the bowie wedges you want)

I love these opening ceremony boots

Mrs CB....omg. I never knew.
I shall spend today going through their range as well as watching the Olympics.

Any plans for JCRew opening here, she asked hopefully?

Bonsoir · 03/08/2012 07:44

J Crew is making a huge deal out of shipping its global style internationally. You can buy online from anywhere.

ElizaDoMore · 03/08/2012 09:04

I'd like this Cos dress but can't afford it. Sad

alwaysrunninginheels · 03/08/2012 09:45

I would love j crew website to have the complete arrive on my door price when I start putting things in the basket though. I hate the "price doesn't include taxes etc bit" Really puts me off. I wish they would open here. Maybe soon.....

this is my dream a/w bag. Fingers crossed it gets slashed in the Xmas sale!

ComeonComeon · 03/08/2012 10:11

Yy alwaysrunning that really annoys me about US websites. I had just managed to justify a bag from Shopbop then it whacked about £50 on top for tax. Didn't stop me

MrsCampbellBlack · 03/08/2012 11:12

Pretty sure J Crew are opening in London next year.

AbsofAwesomeness · 03/08/2012 11:32

You can get some J Crew stuff through net-a-porter. I was underwhelmed TBH

My wishlist:

  • fancy nice high heeled boots that look awesome
  • good jumpers
  • an awesome coat. There's a few which are currently on sale on the Reiss website which I have been contemplating, and I will need one, as I inexplicably lost my old coat. I have no clue where on earth it is
  • some great heels, in colours. I tend to only buy black, so something jewel coloured would be awesome
SpringGoddess · 03/08/2012 11:48

I want these lovely Chloe lookalikes - www.office.co.uk/womens/office/nighthawk_stud/10/11354/34181/1/
