Morning all.
Been struggling to keep up due to hectic social schedule but all good.
Dauphin - great to hear from you and fingers crossed for your dad.
Icey - what a perfect day at the tennis - and great autographs. The session you took the DCs to also sounded fab. Completely agree with you re showcasing the country. Perhaps more success today with triathlon, cycling and dressage...? Pesky work getting in the way of my viewing schedule so will be checking my BBC Olympics app.
Ants - I agree with the admiration of your bling choices - always lovely.
DH has always wanted a massive coloured and highly expensive fridge. Size of kitchen/utlity means we have an average sized Beko fridge freezer so he is not exactly living the dream
.
Have had such a lovely (but busy) few days with the trip to London, night out in Shoreditch, Olympics and then 2 nights camping. Housework and garden have gone to rack and ruin. DH has a day off work tomorrow to look after DD and assures me he will do most of it then. Camping was so much fun, although 2 nights is about right for me
. The children had an absolute ball and loved the freedom to roam. I enjoyed lounging around catching up with friends, reading all the papers and watching the sport in the pub! Did manage a lovely run in the sunshine on Sunday. Channelled Mo Farah. The communal showers and loud geese honking from the nearby lake at 0530 are the reasons why camping only works as a short break for me.....
No new purchases here. All DHs birthday presents bought though. Currently wearing navy Jigsaw pencil skirt suit with chambray Zara shirt and grey leopard heels. Summer returns tomorrow apparently.....may need to dig out that long lasting fake tan again!
Oh - and Hopefully, I have indeed been sizzling. I have been using the GA, rather than the SA. I believe the SA has the best results for blemish prone skin. I have been v pleased with the results of the GA. Not miraculous, but noticeable and definitely worth the £15 investment!
