alwaysrunninginheels · 01/06/2012 16:19

Have you got a link you can post? Would love to browse but nothing in my in box about it!!!

dexter73 · 01/06/2012 16:43

Linky

dexter73 · 01/06/2012 16:44

Their tights are £29!!Shock

orangeandlemons · 01/06/2012 16:46

I think it's boring. Very safe and ol fashiond. The only thing I remotely like is the jumper with the back longer than the front. But it needs to be shorter

This is the first year I won't be buying anything

mrsebojones · 01/06/2012 16:49

I had a quick look - Nothing really jumping out at me as 'must have'
Like the usual merino cardigan and the oversize merino jumper
The placket cord dress in the spot design is quite 'me'
And some of the wedge style shoes are nice.

shelley72 · 01/06/2012 16:51

oh no! what do they mean mini boden is 'very different'. hope not, their boys clothes are the only ones that fit my DS well and last properly Sad. apart from that its very same-y and quite expensive for what it is? not sure i will be ordering this season..

Northernlurker · 01/06/2012 16:53

Not a great selection. Some very dull prints and what's with the mini boden being 'different' I think there's going to be some sort of riot on the facebook page. People don't like 'different', they like the similar - and with 20% off!

rainbowface · 01/06/2012 17:05

Bit disappointed the kids stuff isnt up - hope it isnt too different either - like their kids stuff as it is!

naughtymummy · 01/06/2012 17:07

Yes to similar with 20% off please for kids

rainbowface · 01/06/2012 17:10

Is there no maternity stuff either?

blossoming · 01/06/2012 18:18

Have they got helena christensen modelling? Maybe that's why the tights are £29?

ameliagrey · 01/06/2012 18:18

I am puzzled- can see very few s tyles in petite- such as the coats and dresses.
This season the petite sold out in most styles- so what's going on?

Had a quick look- most dresses are frumpy, although one or two possibles.

Everything else looks much the same as always.

Might pick up a couple of staples - knitwear etc.

orangeandlemons · 01/06/2012 19:08

I like the Cashmere wrap, but not at £145-20%

l also like Merino jumper, but woul have liked to see a picture of it without model's hand in pocket, so I could see how long it was

MissFoodie · 01/06/2012 19:42

The only thing I'll be getting is the rainy day mac, I missed out last year and the summer ones don't have fleece.
Apart from that........er, nothing
Mind you, the pricing hasnt gone up as much as it has from last season

mrsebojones · 01/06/2012 20:26

ameliagrey I was also disappointed by how few petite things there appears to be.

dexter73 · 01/06/2012 20:31

I'd get one of these instead of the Boden mac.

mejon · 01/06/2012 21:05

Pretty uninspiring - the dresses are all so samey. The jersey/wrap/patterened ones all look the same and one or two look like the crimplene monstrosities my grandmother used to wear in the 70s. I like 1 top and it would be ideal for a wedding I'm going to but as they don't dispatch until late July it'll have been and gone by then. Another one hoping the kids stuff isn't too 'different'.

MissFoodie · 01/06/2012 21:09

dexter I tried it on, it's too short in the body on me/sleeves
preferred the boden one really, and it doesnt have to be 100% waterproof anyway

dexter73 · 01/06/2012 21:14

How tall are you MissFoodie? I have long arms and am tallish so maybe it won't fit.

GobblersKnob · 01/06/2012 21:25

Coooeeeee all, while you're all here, slight hijack.

Who got a voucher in spring that said 'if you spend this £5 voucher now we will send you a £10 one in summer'?

'Cause I did and there is no sign of the £10.

Now that autumn is out it seems unlikely.

I'm going to ring and moan ask why.

MissFoodie · 01/06/2012 21:29

almost 5ft 9, but v long arms and body, plus D cup and broad back....
so waists usually come up empire line on me....!

tried on all the jackets/coats on the threads but they either make me look like michelin man (because I need a large size) or like that one, I could not do zip up on, plus sleeves were too short....

MrsBovary · 01/06/2012 21:44

I hope they've upped their game with Mini, as regards quality and so on, that does sound promising.
I like a couple of the dresses, the Hannah one especially - dresses with waists, they don't usually have many of those, it is all under-bust dresses.

MrsBovary · 01/06/2012 22:07

Actually some of the skirts are nice too, have put three in the basket so far. Blush

theonlynonblonde · 01/06/2012 22:09

like a lot of the jackets, but they do seem so pricey! i know there's always an offer on, but I find it really hard to accept that i'd pay these prices if I were actually confronted with that price tag in a shop.
