I have no idea how that would look. It doesn't sound large but people carry weight in different ways. Perhaps your breasts are so large that they detract from your actual shape and make you look quite boxy?

No. I'm 5'4 and about 66 kg ( maybe 101/2 stone?) and I'm not fat. Bmi just under 25! I'd like to be thinner, and I'm definately not svelte, but I'm solid and muscular, and I make a big effort not to call myself fat till my bmi tips over to 26. It's too easy to get hung up on thin.

Agree with the others on the bust front - I am 5'4, 9st 1 at the moment (but DC3 is only 3 months, usually I'm about 5 pounds lighter) - my bust is 32G (breastfeeding - usually 30 or 32F like yours). I am thin apart from my bust and it does detract from my shape and make me look bigger, like the prow of a ship if I'm not very careful....

I also think we can be too hung up on weight - people can be wildly different weights at the same height and still take the same clothes size, what's too heavy for one person will be too light on another frame. For example talkingnonsense and I are the same height, but if I was 66kg I would be definitely overweight for me as I'm very slightly built - in fact I was 66kg when I was 9 months pregnant.

I am right at the top of my bmi jez and I would like to be thinner! But I'm not fat- I have size 7 feet and big hands, and hockey player legs- don't know how as loathe all ball sports! But I run a lot.

I'm 5' 3" and 8 stone 11 and I feel like I could do with losing a little bit of weight (even though BMI is in the middle of healthy range).

However, I have very little muscle (and smallish boobs), so I know that all the weight I do have is flab really... and sadly it shows!

So, I'd say it depends on what your weight is made up of. Do you have a fair amount of muscle? If so, no you're not fat. If not... you might be carrying a bit extra. I still wouldn't call you fat but I might call you "rounded"

I'm a similar height (5'2") and would feel that was too heavy for me personally, I look and feel better at about 8st. Everyone has a different build and body type though so it might be fine for you. Actually it sounds like you're about the same size as me (Next size 10) despite weighing more, so I don't think you're fat!

As long as you're healthy and happy with how you are, it's all good. Ignore comments from your mother, your weight/diet is really not her business any more!

I'm 5ft 10 and a half with a chest that is 30G but I prefer to wear a 32F and be droopy. I weigh about 9.5 stone. I definitely have weight to lose on my thighs. I find it hard to imagine how people can be over half a foot shorter than me and weighing the same not look at least a little bit chunky tbh given that I do. Wouldnt like to call anyone fat though.

I'm 5ft and 7 stone 10. I'm a size 8 in places like Next and M&S and an 8-10 in Topshop. I'm slightly pair shaped but otherwise in proportion. 32 B/C chest. I have been heavier but I feel more comfortable being lighter. I think you are clearly within a healthy range for your height which is what's really important. I wouldn't listen to anyone who is saying you're fat - how rude!!

I would not say you are fat, I would say you are probably healthier and certainly happier than in your much smaller size 6/8. At 5.3 I would think that was skinny (big sis is same height and size 10/12 and looks perfect to me )

No way, not fat by any means. I'm 5'3, 10.7 stone and 32 ff bust. I'm size.12 sometimes 14 top to accommodate my big bust, but I'm curvy and have nice tone. I want to lose a stone to feel more comfortable but I m not fat and neither are you.
