what does your dh/dp sleep in ?

weird question I know but I have just discovered my friend and her husband always sleep in the nude, is this the norm ? am i odd/old fashioned/cold blooded/very un sexy goddess like, just nosy really :)

We both sleep naked

DH sleeps in his birthday suit - has done since way before we met - yours truly ditto. We had a few "issues" with DCs "outing" us to complete strangers when they were little, but we have been known to retaliate in kind when provoked!

When we were together both of us were totally birhtday suited even since apaprt, I am very hot blooded (v high blood pressure really) so when ds would wake for a feed just a dressing gown and feeding bra for the first few months. I have had socks for the winter but that is it!!

We have never even thought of taking nightwear with us when visiting family or friends - we generally share DHs dressing gown for midnight forays to the bathroom (i.e. take it in turns, not get into it simultaneously!). At home, while we generally use our dressing gowns when emerging from the bedroom, largely to spare DCs sensitivities, said DCs often fail to reciprocate.

Another bare DH in this house. I wear a lacy vest, with pj trousers on standby in case of DC emergencies.
I don't mind feeling a willy against my leg or bum! However, I can't bear DH cuddling me spoons style as he is always so boiling hot. I cuddle him instead

Dp sleeps either nuddy or in boxers, even in winter. Can't understand that I get frozen and always wear at least a t shirt except in the hottest part of summer. But he doesn't care he'll be naked when its so cold I can see my breath.

Generally, just a t-shirt.

I think his logic is that the top half of him might poke out of the bedclothes in the night and he doesn't want to get cold. But if the lower parts of him are exposed, then it will be for reasons for which pants are not required.

Dh sleeps in boxers, occasionally naked, but now we have teens, there are always kids who are not our own in the house so have learnt our lesson.

But me no. Absolutely cannot sleep naked. Have tried, especially after a bit of but it's so uncomfortable. Don't you find your boobs really irritating?

I wear a slip or in winter men's cotton pyjamas. But to those who wear socks in bed you are insane!

me, naked even in coldest winter, cant stand wearing clothes in bed. DH any boxers and t-shirt.

Ok, now I understand why I cannot find nice pyjamas in the shops: most people sleep naked!!!
I always wear full length pyjamas, if it's very hot in the summer I switch to a short sleeve top (still full length pj pants). Plus thick socks in the winter. It feels cosy and comfortable. DH sleeps in his boxer shorts and a tshirt if its cold.

He wears boxers, doesn't like to swing free in bed. I don't wear anything, used to wear pjs all the time but now I find them uncomfortable.

We always sleep naked, though if the weather is cold I'll wear pyjamas and possibly socks. I've never known DH to wear anything simply to keep warm in bed, he's like a furnace.

I do take pyjamas to wear if I'm a guest somewhere though, and DH will sleep in his pants.

DH is a hot bod so he's always in the buff. I am in summer but as soon as it cools (Sept- probably forever) I become the ice queen and wear bed socks and a satin chemise type nightie.

We heard our DS's earnestly discussing nude sleeping when they were younger. They concluded that it must not be allowed until you were very grown up, maybe even left home or married

Naked most of the time. If it's chilly, he'll wear a tshirt but no pants. I tell him he looks like a senile old man who has forgotten to put his trousers on. He ignores me.

He wears boxers when he's cold and I wear my knickers like clockwork once a month I struggle to sleep in clothes at all.
We have 'proper nightwear' for visiting people though

I can't believe it!!!! I never knew so many people were nudie rudies in bed!! I can't stand the breeze wafting over my lady bits and if I don't wear a vest top avec elastic 'shelf' I wake up lying on my empty-sack-like boobs. Hubby wears boxers.

He sleeps naked, I sleep with just a loose Tshirt on as I get a bit cold otherwise. I used to sleep naked too but this house seems a bit chillier in the night. DH doesn't seem to notice though

We've had 73 postings up to now, with around 50 explicit revelations! I calculate that while 70% of our menfolk sleep in their birthday suits, only 55% of us ladies do likewise. Are MNetters typical of the population as a whole, or are we particularly hot-blooded?

If I'm sleeping on my own I wear a t shirt or something, but when sleeping with DP we're both in the buff.

I have occasionally tried wearing something to fend him off when I'm not in the mood but somehow that just seems to make him worse

I'm in Australia so summer & spring it's just too hot so we are both naked. In autumn & winter we both wear pj's as it does get very cold at night. I have to wear bed socks too.
